Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und eine Vor richtung zur Saatgutaufbereitung. Der neue Verfahrensschritt besteht darin, daß der Gutstrom zwecks Vorsortierung einem quer zur Gutstromrichtung gerichteten Gutstrom ausgesetzt und im Leichtgut, Mischgut und Schwergut aufgeteilt und nur das Mischgut der weiteren Sortierung unterworfen wird. Die Vorrichtung zur Vorsortierung besteht aus einem Ringkanal (1), der aus zwei gegenüberliegenden gekrümmten Abschni tten (2, 2′) und zwei gegenüberliegenden geraden Abschni tten (3,3′) zusammengesetzt ist und in dem ein Querstrom gebläse oder Axialventilator (4) angeordnet ist. Der Ringkanal (1) weist im Wandbereich seiner inneren Um fangsbegrenzung (5) am Anfang einer der gekrümmten Abschnitte (2, 2′) einen über die Breite des Ringkanals (1) sich erstreckenden Einlaßschlitz (6) für das Saatgut und im Wandbereich seiner äußeren Umfangsbegrenzung (7) gegenüber dem Einlaßschlitz (6) eine über die Breite des Ring kanals sich erstreckende Auslaßöffnung (8) für das Saatgut auf. Durch die Erfindung können die erforderlichen üblichen Sortiereinrichtungen kleiner dimensioniert werden bzw. bei bestehenden Anlagen deren Leistung gesteigert werden.
