Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Schlitzes mittels eines Bohr- und/oder Fräswerkzeuges, wel­ches motorisch angetrieben und entlang der vorgesehenen Bahn des Schlitzes bewegt wird. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfin­dung eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Schlitzes in Ge­stein, wobei der Schlitz bei der Herstellung von Tages- ins­besondere Gefrier- oder auch Blindschächten und bei berg­männischer Auffahrung von untertägigen Strecken an der Peripherie derselben meist bogenförmig herzustellen ist und der Schlitz hierbei als Druckübertragungssperre dient, um die Ausbreitung von Sprengerschütterungen in das umgebende Gebirge zu verhindern.The invention relates to a device for producing a slot by means of a drilling and / or milling tool, which is driven by a motor and moved along the intended path of the slot. Diese Säge ist deshalb nicht für den Einsatz in Streckenvortrieben zum Schneiden von Umfangs­schlitzen mit unterschiedlichen Bogenradien an Firste und Stößen geeignet. Weitere Machinen zur Herstellung von geraden Schlitzen, insbesondere für das Unterschneiden von Kohle und anderem Gestein sind von Fa. Eickhoff, Bochum (bis ca. 1975) sowie Fa. Joy, Mashinery Company, Pittsburg/USA bekannt. Wegen ihrer Zwangsführung an Panzerförderern bzw. an Fahrladern sind sie für die geschilderten Zwecke nicht einsetzbar. (Sonderabdruck aus der "Montan- Zeitung" Nr. 12, Dez. 1951 und 2. Der mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung gebirgsschonend durch Fräsen hergestellte Schlitz bringt insbesondere den Vor­teil einer glatten Gebirgsoberfläche, an der die Gebirgs­sicherung (Ausbau) in Form von Mauerwerk, Stahlbögen mit Ver­zug o.a. dicht an das Gebirge eingebracht werden kann. Durch die Vermeidung von unbeabsichtigtem Mehrausbruch kann auf das Einbringen von teurem Hinterfüllmaterial (Spritzbeton o.a.) verzichtet werden. Bei der Gewinnung von Naturstein in Form von kantigen, insbesondere gerundeten Blöcken ist die Schlitz­vorrichtung zur Herstellung bogenförmiger Schlitze sehr ge­eignet, da das rotierende und über die ganze Länge mit Schneid­bzw. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Schlitzes mittels eines Bohr- und/oder Fräswerkzeuges, welches motorisch angetrie­ben und entlang der vorgesehenen Bahn des Schlitzes be­wegt wird, gekennzeichnet durch a) einen vorzugsweise zylindrisch ausgeführten, rotations­fähigen Trägerkörper (1) für b) eine Transportwendel (2) sowie die Bohr- und/oder Fräs­werkzeuge (3), c) einen Senk- oder Vorschub (5) für den Trägerkörper (1) und durch d) eine Führung (6, 6ʹ) des Senk- oder Vorschubs (5) ein­schließlich des Trägerkörpers (1) entlang der Bahn. 1.
