Abstract

Das Entsorgen erfolgt von der Wasserseite her. Aus ei­ nem zu entsorgenden Lagertank, Behälter oder Laderaum werden die Restladung an flüssigem Produkt und/oder die flüssigen Verunreinigungen und/oder Emulsionen abge­ pumpt, das flüssige Produkt wird nach einem eventuellen Separieren der flüssigen Verunreinigungen zwischengela­ gert, aus den flüssigen Verunreinigungen und/oder Emul­ sionen wird das Wasser separiert, die Verunreinigungen und Öle werden zwischengelagert. Der Lagertank, der Be­ hälter oder Laderaum wird mit einem flüssigen Reinigungs­ medium gereinigt. Aus dem flüssigen Reinigungsmedium werden die Rückstände separiert, die Rückstände werden zwischengelagert, und die klassifizierten und zwischenge­ lagerten Produkte, Verunreinigungen, Öle und Rückstände werden auf dem Wasserwege zu einer Anlage für ein Re­ cycling oder ihrer Beseitigung transportiert. Zum Löschen der Brände wird Wasser/oder ein Gemisch aus Wasser und einem Inertgas zum Erzeugen einer den Brand löschenden Atmosphäre auf den Lagertank gesprüht, wobei über den Ladelöschsteiger in das Innere des brennenden Lagertanks oder über Schlauchverbindungen in (auf) das Schiff Inert­ gas zum Erzeugen eines unterkritischen Gemisches aus Luft und Inertgas oder zum Erzeugen einer Inertgasatmo­ sphäre gepumpt wird.
