Claims (6)
- Structure de contact (1) en forme de lame pour connecter un câble d'alimentation électrique (21) au câblage intérieur d'un appareillage électrique, comprenant un corps allongé (2) fait d'un matériel isolant et présentant sur l'une de ses extrémités une projection allongée (3) s'étendant axialement et se trouvant dans un plan médian longitudinal sur l'autre côté duquel il y a fixé des éléments conducteurs de connexion respectifs (5), présentant chacun des contacts en forme de lame de conduction électrique, ledit corps (2) présentant une portion supérieure (7) essentiellement plate, ladite portion supérieure plate étant munie d'une pluralité de projections déformables (8) pour retenir une plaque métallique (9) pour fixer mécaniquement et pour mettre à la terre électriquement ledit connecteur, et etant munie d'un premier élément en forme de vis (11) pour serrer un câble de mise à la terre (12) et un deuxième élément en forme de vis (20) pour s'engager électriquement d'une manière amovible avec ladite plate et ledit connecteur dans une ouverture (17) d'une boîte (18) dudit appareillage électrique, ledit corps allongé (2) comprenant en outre, sur le côté opposé de ladite projection allongée (3) une portion de tête en forme de disque élargi (4), il y étant prévu des éléments (6) en forme de vis de serrage pour connecter les extrémités des câbles (16) conducteurs du courant avec lesdits éléments connecteurs (5), ladite plaque (9) présentant un trou fileté pour engager ledit premier élément en forme de vis (11) en vue de former une connexion électrique entre ledit câble de mise à la terre (12) et ladite plaque (9), ladite plaque (9) comprenant en outre des projections rectangulaires (13) présentant des trous passants pour y accueillir lesdits deuxièmes éléments en forme de vis (20), lesdits deuxièmes éléments en forme de vis (20) pouvant être actionnés de l'extérieur dudit appareillage pour connecter électriquement et mécaniquement la plaque (9) à la boîte.
- Connecteur en forme de lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps isolant (2) présente, adjacent à ladite portion de tête (4) en forme de disque, une portion ayant une section transversale essentiellement rectangulaire, de la face opposée de laquelle des dents déformables résilients (15) respectifs se projettent.
- Connecteur en forme de lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes éléments en forme de vis (20) pour connecter électriquement ladite plaque (9) à ladite boîte (18) dudit appareillage électrique présentent des dents gabariés faisant fonction d'élément d'interruption à l'émail.
- Connecteur en forme de lame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites projections (13) de ladite plaque métallique (9) comprennent deux langues (13) courbées de 90° par rapport au plan de la plaque et se trouvant proches d'un trou fileté où ledit câble de mise à la terre (12) est ancré.
- Appareillage électrique muni d'un connecteur en forme de lame (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit appareillage électrique présente dans ladite boîte deux trous passants (19) qui sont tout adjacents à ladite ouverture (17) pour accueillir les fuseaux des visses auto-taradeuses correspondantes, c'est pourquoi ladite plaque métallique (9) est connectée au panneau (18) lui-même de la boite.
- Appareillage électrique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite ouverture (17) dans le panneau (18) de la boîte présente deux cavités opposées diamétralement en vue de rendre encore plus facile l'insertion et l'enlèvement du corps (2) du connecteur (1) de l'extérieur de l'appareillage.
