Claims (3)

1. A housing (20) provided with a flexible cord (10) for connecting said housing to an object, be it living or not, said housing rer,eiving a mandrel (30) including two transverse cavities (31A, 31B) each of which receives a muff (11 A, 11B) fixed to a corresponding end of the flexible cord, characterized in that the housing comprises two shoulders (24A), each serving as an abutment for a muff of the flexible cord, said abutments ensuring, once the mandrel has been fully inserted into the housing, the definitive retention of both ends of the cord in the housing, said housing further including an end-of-inserting abutment (34).
2. A housing according to claim 1, characterized in that it further includes a snap-fastening means (23) which, by means of a first projection (32A), ensures that the mandrel assumes a first position in which one of the muffs (11A) of the flexible cord is retained in the housing, and ensures, by means of a second projection (11 B), that the mandrel assumes a second position in which the other muff (11 B) of the flexible cord is maintained in the housing.
