Abstract

1. In diesem Bereich und etwas außerhalb treten beim Aufblasen des Hebekissens kleine Falten auf, die sich sternförmig nach außen erstrecken und im wesentlichen vom Mittelpunkt des Loches in der Wandung ausgehen. Beim Aufblasen dehnt sich zwangsläufig das Wandungsmaterial aus, da aber die Dehnbarkeit außerhalb des versteifenden Befestigungsrings größer ist als im Bereich des Befestigungsrings, treten zwangsläufig Unregelmäßigkeiten an der beschriebenen Übergangsstelle auf, die sich in den erwähnten, kleinen Falten, im folgenden Mikrofalten genannt, auswirken. Diese führen zu einer starken Belastung der Verklebung zwischen Befestigungsring und Gewebematerial der Wandung, es kommt zu lokalen Schwächungen dieser Verbindung, zu Lockerungen und einem lokalen Ablösen. Dadurch entstehen Leckstellen zwischen der Tülle und dem das Loch in der Wandung umgebenden, beschichteten Gewebe. Diese Konstruktion bringt es mit sich, daß die Tülle etwas gegenüber der Wandung hin- und herbewegt werden kann. Bei dem vorbekannten Niederdruck-Hebekissen war eine derartige separate Bewegung der Tülle nicht möglich, da diese direkt mit dem Gewebematerial der Wandung verbunden wurde. Beim praktischen Betrieb wirkt sich die relative Bewegbarkeit der Tülle gegenüber der Wandung nicht negativ aus, da durch den Innendruck der Befestigungsring gegen die Innenseite der Wandung gepreßt wird. Um zu vermeiden, daß bei aufgeblasenem Kissen durch eine Ungeschicklichkeit oder durch Unwissenheit die Tülle zu stark in den Innenraum gedrückt wird, wodurch die ringförmige Verbindungsfläche zwischen dem Kompensationsring und der Wandung stark belastet würde, wird in einer Weiterentwicklung vorgeschlagen, die Tülle außerhalb des Lochs so zu verstärken, daß sie nur geringfügig in den Innenraum des Kissens gedrückt werden kann.The key feature of this low-pressure lifting bag is that the grommet's fastening ring is no longer connected directly to the wall, but to the wall with the compensation ring interposed. Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 3 hat den Vorteil, daß bei Einsatz von Verstärkungsringen 42, 44 die Verbindungsfläche 38 im Inneren des verstärkten Bereichs und nicht, wie bei den Ausführungsbeispielen nach den Figuren 1 und 2, am Außenrand des verstärkten Bereichs liegt. Claims (9)

1. A low-pressure lifting bag having an airtight chamber the wall (20) of which consists of a fabric covered with rubber or plastic and a valve fitted in this wall (20) having a nozzle (24) which comprises a pipe socket (26) inserted through a hole 22 in the wall (20) and a ring-fastener (28) attached to this pipe socket (26) and linked with the inner side of the wall (20), characterized in that between the ring-fastener (28) and the wall (20) there is arranged a compensation-ring (34) which is of greater external diameter than the ring-fastener (28) and which on the one side is so arranged with the ring-fastener (28) and on the other via a ring-shaped joining-surface (38) is so attached to the wall (20) that between this joining-surface (38) and the outside edge of the ring-fastener (28) there remains a ring-shaped compensation area (36) on which the compensation-ring (34) is linked neither with the wall (20) nor with the nozzle (24).
2. Low pressure lifting air bag according to Claim 1, characterized in that the compensation-ring (34) is made of a material which has greater elasticity than the ring-fastener (28) and the material of the wall (20).
3. Low-pressure lifting bag according to Claims 1 or 2, characterized in that on at least one side of the wall (20) concentric to the hole (22) there is at least one reinforcing ring (42, 44) attached areally.
4. Low-pressure lifting bag according to Claim 3, characterized in that the external diameter of a reinforcing ring (42) is greater than the diameter of the inner edge of the ring-shaped joining-surface (38).
5. Low-pressure lifting bag according to Claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the internal diameter of the disk-shaped reinforcing rings (42, 44) corresponds to the inner diameter of the hole (22).
6. Low-pressure lifting bag according to one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the compensation-ring (34) is a flat circular disk which on one side is attached areally to the ring-fastener (28) and on the other side in the region of the joining-surface (38) is attached areally in ring-shape to the wall (20) in such a way that between the two joining surfaces the ring-shaped compensation zone (36) remains on both sides free.

Low-pressure lifting bag according to one of the Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the compensation-ring (34) is composed of at least two perforated disks (46, 48) which form a bellow to which a lower perforated disk (46) is linked to the ring-fastener (28) preferably by vulcanization and an upper perforated disk (48) is linked to the wall (20) if necessary by the insertion of a reinforcing ring (44).
8. Low-pressure lifting bag according to Claim 7, characterized in that an even number of perforated disks (46, 48), especially two, are employed and that the inner edge of the joining surface (38) corresponds with the inner edge of the hole (22).
9. Low-pressure lifting bag according to one of the Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that between the pipe socket (26) and wall (20) a soft bellow 52 prevents the entry of dirt to the compensation-ring (34).
