Claims (1)

1. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau eines ausgeschnittenen Materialteiles zur Herstellung eines quaderförmigen Behälters, der an seinem oberen Ende offen ist, etwa wie ein Frucht- und Gemüsetablett, und das aus einer ausgeschnittenen und gerillten Pappfläche, die in den vertikalen Kanten des Behälters innere senkrechte Verstärkungen enthält besteht, wobei die genannte Pappfläche (1) aus einem einzigen Stück besteht, das bereits alle Teile (2, 3, 4, 5) zur Bildung des Bodens und der vertikalen Wandungen enthält, sowie die Einschublaschen des Behälters, ausgezeichnet dadurch, dass er darin besteht, die Verstärkungen (6) in vorbestimmte Positionen auf ein horizontales, laufendes Transportband (9) ablegt, dass auf die obere fläche einer jeden Verstärkung (6) eine Schicht Klebstoff (12) aufgetragen wird, auf sämtliche mit Klebstoff versehenen Verstärkungen (6) die ausgeschnittene und gerillte Fläche (1) gelegt wird, so dass diese sich horizontal ausbreitet, und den Teil (2), der den Behälterboden bilden soll, vertikal anzuheben, so dass die Teile (4) des Ausschnittes (1) mit den Verstärkungen (6) durch Schwerkraft nach unten umgeschlagen werden, die beiden anderen Teile (3) des Ausschnittes (1) umzuknicken und die Laschen (5) auf die erstgenannten Teile (4) senkrecht zur Ebene des den Behälterboden bildenden Teiles (2), ausgehend von den Verstärkungen unter Festhalten dieser letzteren und die vorgenannten anderen Teile (3) einzukleben.
