Durch das Ausstanzen des Loches bilden sich wenigstens an den stirn­seitigen Rändern dieses Loches Flächen, die ohne Kunst­stoffbeschichtung frei nach außen stehen. Würden diese stirnseitigen Ränder nicht durch Kunststoff abgedeckt, so könnte flüssiges Füllgut in die offene Papierbahn ein­dringen, diese zum Quellen bringen und die Packung im Be­reich der Öffnungsvorrichtung zerstören. Dies war auch der Grund, weshalb bekannte Fließmittelpackungen sowohl einen innenseitigen als auch einen außenseitigen Abdeckstreifen hatten. Unter Zuhilfenahme dieser bekannten Spritztechnik und der bekannten Formen können beliebig passende Zuglaschen auch für die Fließmittelpak­kung gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehen werden. Das gleiche gilt für die Anbringstelle im Verhältnis zu dem ausgestanz­ten Loch. Vorzugsweise wird die Zuglasche mehr zum Rand des Loches hin auf dem Abdeckstreifen anzuordnen sein, da­mit beim Hochziehen dieser Zuglasche der Einreißvorgang im Bereich des Lochrandes beginnt und durch Aufreißen in die gegenüberliegende Seite eine größere Öffnung freige­legt werden kann. Dieser trägt aber derart erheblich auf, daß eine derart bearbeitete Pa­pierbahn nicht mehr auf eine Vorratsrolle aufgewickelt wer­den könnte. Andererseits wird bei üblichen Packungsmaschi­nen eine Papierbahn verwendet, die über ihre ganze Fläche flüssigkeitsdicht ist. Es gibt derzeit keine Packungsma­schinen, die in ein zuvor ausgestanztes Loch in einer Pa­pierbahn Kunststoffverschlüsse einspritzen.For the paper manufacturer for such liquid packs, it is easy to punch a hole for the opening device in a coated paper web. Erstmals durch die Erfindung ist das Herstellen einer Öff­nungsvorrichtung mit den notwendigen und günstigen Bedin­gungen der Dichtigkeit, leichten und logischen Öffnungs­fähigkeit und preiswerten Herstellung einer Öffnungsvor­richtung geschaffen worden, wobei nach dem erfindungsgemä­ßen Verfahren von einer üblichen von einer Vorratsrolle abgezogenen Papierbahn gearbeitet werden kann. Unabhängig von einer Spritzmaschine und der Herstellungsmaschine der Flüssigkeitspackung kann ein Loch mit bekannten Techniken mit hoher Registerhaltigkeit bezüglich des Aufdruckes und/­oder des Musters der Falzlinien eingestanzt werden. Damit liegt eine beidseitig mit Kunststoff beschichtete Papier­ bahn vor, die zwar ein Loch aufweist, dieses liegt jedoch genau an der gewünschten Stelle, so daß es gut für die Werbung, für Öffnungsanweisungen und für das allgemeine Bild der Packung paßt. Eine solche vorbehandelte, mit einem Loch versehene Papierbahn wird nun der Packungsmaschine zugeführt, welcher vor den Tubusformeinrichtungen eine Spritzanlage vorgeschaltet ist. Aufdrucke, Ränder, Falz­linien oder gar das ausgestanzte Loch können die Lage der Bahn relativ zur Spritzmaschine derart genau einstellen, daß eine Kunststoffolie als Abdeckstreifen an präzise der richtigen Stelle im Bereich des ausgestanzten Loches ein­gespritzt werden kann. Durch das Aufpressen des heißen, flüssigen Kunststoffes auch auf die Ränder um das ausge­stanzte Loch herum werden die dort befindlichen Oberflä­chenschichten sowohl außenseitig als auch innenseitig pla­stifiziert, so daß die Randbereiche des eingespritzten Abdeckstreifens mit der erwähnten Kunststoffbeschichtung verschmelzen. Hierdurch ist eine feste Verankerung und flüssigkeitsdichte Verbindung des Abdeckstreifens mit den das Loch umgebenden Wandungen geschaffen. Außerdem kann die Spritzeinrichtung in der oben erwähnten Weise sehr einfach ausgestaltet sein, insbesondere wenn die Zuglasche senkrecht aus dem Abdeckstreifen hochstehend ausgestaltet ist.The production of an opening device with the necessary and favorable conditions of tightness, easy and logical opening ability and inexpensive production of an opening device has been created for the first time by the invention.
