Claims (12)

1. Dispositif de ventilation pour des toitures de bâtiments, comportant un boîtier (2) définissant une ouverture de ventilation et dont les parois (3, 4) sont opposées les unes aux autres, en paires de parois parallèles, et une pluralité de volets lamellaires similaires (5) qui sont montés à pivotement autour d'un axe d'articulation fixe parallèle (61), au moyen d'un dispositif d'entraînement, qui, dans leur position fermée, se chevauchent les uns les autres dans une direction transversale par rapport à leurs axes d'articulation (61), qui sont en contact sur les parois (3, 4) du boîtier (2) les portant, à l'endroit de leurs bords supérieurs, et qui recouvrent complètement l'ouverture de ventilation dans le boîtier (2) et la protègent à l'encontre de l'entrée de l'atmosphère, chaque volet (5) étant pourvu, à ses extrémités, d'une paroi frontale (271) s'étendant vers le bas au-delà de la paroi inférieure (15) du volet (5), chacun des volets lamellaires (5) étant constitué par un corps creux extrudé (102), plat, allongé, en matière plastique, en particulier en polycarbonate, lequel est pourvu, le long de son bord postérieur (104), d'un tube de renfort inséré (105) présentant un prolongement en forme d'aile (106) à sa partie inférieure, le long de son bord antérieur (107), d'un profilé de renfort inséré (108) et, sur sa face inférieure, de deux blocs paliers ajoutés (112) pour un dispositif d'entraînement à mouvement de pivotement, caractérisé en ce que les blocs paliers (111) sont disposés à proximité des extrémités du corps creux (102) et sont reliés, à l'endroit de leur extrémité antérieure, au profilé de renfort (108, 109) et, à l'endroit de leur extrémité postérieure, au prolongement en forme d'aile (106) du tube de renfort (105), afin de constituer un squelette de renforcement sous la forme d'un cadre.
2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les organes de liaison (112) pour les éléments de renfort (105, 106, 108, 109, 111) passent à travers des trous (113) dans la paroi inférieure (110) du corps creux (102), trous dont le diamètre est notablement supérieur à celui des organes de liaison (112).
3. Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les éléments de renfort (105, 106, 108, 109) sont supportés, dans leurs compartiments dans le corps creux (102), au moyen de nervures de support (114) qui sont formées à l'intérieur des compartiments et dont les arêtes prédéterminent un contact de support sensiblement linéaire.
4. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que des rivets borgnes sont prévus en tant qu'organes de liaison.
5. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les éléments (105,106,108,109,111 ) du squelette de renforcement sont réalisés en aluminium.
6. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une enveloppe externe comprenant des parois verticales (7, 8; 9, 10) reliées les unes aux autres par des joints sensiblement à angle droit (11), et un dispositif de connexion (12) constitué d'une portion externe (15) et d'une portion interne (16) qui peuvent être amenés en contact à verrouillage, pour assurer la liaison des parois.
7. Dispositif suivant la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que les portions (15, 16) du dispositif de connexion (12) sont en matière plastique moulée par injection.
8. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que la portion externe (15) est réalisée sous forme d'une cornière (17) qui s'étend sur la hauteur de la paroi et qui s'engage, avec une action de verrouillage, en-dessous et au-delà des bords inférieurs des deux parois adjacentes (par exemple 8, 10) dans le joint d'angle (11), à la manière d'un crochet, par une portion de pied (18) formée sur cette portion, et qui est pourvue dans une région supérieure de tête, d'un doigt élastique (20) aligné en diagonale par rapport au joint d'angle (11) et faisant saillie vers l'intérieur.
9. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 6, 7 ou 8 caractérisé en ce que la portion interne (16) comprend un prolongement (21) qui s'engage, au-delà des parois adjacentes (8, 10), dans le joint d'angle (11 à l'intérieur de la région supérieure et qui présente une ouverture (22) recevant le doigt élastique (20) avec une action de verrouillage, et en ce que la portion interne comprend une platine (25) venant en contact sur les bords supérieurs (par exemple 23, 24) des parois (par exemple 8, 10) et comportant des organes de fixation à verrouillage (26, 27) faisant saillie vers le bas.
10. Dispositif suivant la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que deux organes de fixation à verrouillage (26) s'engagent dans des ouvertures de verrouillage (28) prévues dans les bords supérieurs (par exemple 23, 24) des parois (par exemple 8, 10) à l'endroit de chaque côté du joint d'angle (11 ), dans la position connectée des portions (15, 16).
11. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10 caractérisé en ce qu'un autre organe de fixation à verrouillage (27) s'engage au-delà des parois (par exemple 8, 10) dans la région supérieure de l'angle, à l'extérieur.
12. Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11 caractérisé en ce que la platine (25) de la portion interne (16) et la portion de tête (19) de la portion externe (15) sont jointes l'une à l'autre d'une manière positive, le long de bords (29, 30) adjacents l'un à l'autre, dans la position connectée.
