Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schablone zum Auswerten von Lottoscheinen od. dgl., bestehend aus einer flachen, rechteckigen, mindestens an einer Schmalseite offenen Hülle, in die zwischen Vorderteil und Rückteil der Lottoschein od. dgl. einlegbar ist, die im Vorderteil mindestens ein Sichtfenster aus beschriftbarem Werkstoff hat und an der offenen Schmalseite eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung im unteren Drittel am Vorder- und Rückteil der Hülle und das Sichtfenster oberhalb der Ausnehmung derart angeordnet ist, daß die Verlängerung der seitlichen Begrenzung des Sichtfensters an der der offenen Schmalseite zugewandten Seite die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung schneidet.
  • Es ist eine Hülle mit Sichtfenster bekannt (FR-A 2 412 326), deren Oberseite beschriftbar ist und in die ein Lottoschein einlegbar ist, um ihn auswerten zu können. Zum Verschieben und Herausnehmen des Lottoscheines ist bei der bekannten Sichthülle an der offenen Schmalseite im unteren Drittel des Vorder- und Rückteils eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung angeordnet.
  • Nachteilig ist es jedoch bei der bekannten Hülle, daß wegen der glatten Hüllenflächen an der Innenseite der eingelegte Lottoschein einerseits leicht verrutscht, andererseits wegen der glatten Hüllenfläche an den Außenseiten ein Herausnehmen des Lottoscheines aus der Hülle schwierig ist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, den Lottoschein innerhalb der Hülle sicher zu halten und ein Herausnehmen des Lottoscheines jedoch schnell und einfach zu ermöglichen.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist am Rand der von der halbkreisförmigen Ausnehmung abgewandten Schmalseite an der Rückseite des Rückteils der Hülle eine Längsrille angeordnet und die Oberseite des Rückteils ist glatt und die Unterseite des Vorderteils angerauht ausgebildet.
  • Vorteilhaft bestehen das Vorderteil und das Rückteil aus Klarsichtfolie, wobei die Klarsichtfolien an mindestens zwei rechtwinklig zueinanderstehenden Rändern verschweißt sind.
  • Das Vorderteil der Hülle trägt eine Bedruckung, wobei die Bedruckung vorteilhaft auf der Unterseite des Vorderteils angeordnet ist.
  • Nach einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist mit Ausnahme der die Ausnehmung aufweisenden Schmalseite die Hülle an drei Seiten geschlossen.
  • Die Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen beispielhaft dargestellt. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 die Schablone in Draufsicht auf das Vorderteil,
    • Fig. 2 die Schablone in Rückansicht auf das Rückteil,
    • Fig. 3 die Schablone in Seitenansicht mit etwas abgebogenem Rückteil.
  • Die Schablone nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist als Hülle mit Vorderteil (1) und Rückteil (2), zwischen die ein nicht gezeigter Lottoschein einlegbar ist, ausgebildet. Nach Fig. 2 sind die das Vorderteil und das Rückteil der Hülle bildenden Folien an der unteren Längsseite (3) und der Schmalseite (4) durch Verschweißen fest miteinander verbunden, während die Längsseite (5) und die Schmalseite (6) offen sind. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Längsseite (5) ebenfalls verschlossen auszubilden, wobei dann der Lottoschein durch die verbliebene offene Schmalseite (6) in die Hülle einsteckbar ist.
  • Wie die Fig. 1 und 2 erkennen lassen, weist die Hülle in ihrem unteren Drittel eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung (7) auf, die dazu dient, den in der Hülle steckenden Lottoschein mit Daumen undeeigefinger ganz oder teilweise herausziehen zu kön- nen.
  • Oberhalb der Ausnehmung (7) ist im Vorderteil (1) ein Sichtfenster (8) angeordnet, das rechteckig entsprechend dem Aufdruck eines Lottoscheines ausgebildet ist. Die der offenen Schmalseite (6) benachbarte seitliche Begrenzung (9) des Sichtfensters (8) schneidet in ihrer Verlängerung die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung (7) etwa in deren Mitte. Durch diese Ausbildung von Ausnehmung (7) und Sichtfenster (8) übereinander kann die Hülle klein gehalten werden, zumal der Lottoschein üblicherweise bis nahe seiner Ränder bedruckt ist.
  • Im Vorderteil ist ferner ein weiteres Sichtfenster (10) für auf dem Wettschein angegebene Ziffern angeordnet.
  • Die Sichtfenster (9) und (10) sind mit einem entsprechenden Schreibstift beschriftbar, wobei die Beschriftung, wenn gewünscht, auch wieder entfernbar ist.
  • Die nicht von den Sichtfenstern eingenommene Fläche des Vorderteils ist vorteilhaft mit einer Spielanweisung oder Reklameinschriften bedruckt.
  • Wie besonders Fig. 3 erkennen läßt, befindet sich die Bedruckung (11) an der Unterseite des Vorderteils (1), wodurch sichergestellt ist, daß sie durch äußere Einflüsse geschützt, nicht beschädigt wird. Ferner ergibt die Bedruckung (11) eine leichte Aufrauhung der Unterseite des Vorderteils (1), wodurch der eingelegte Lottoschein rutschfest gehalten bleibt.
  • Die Oberseite (12) des Rückteils (2) dagegen ist glatt, um den Lottoschein gut verschieben und herausnehmen zu können. Wie Fig. 2 erkennen läßt, ist am verschweißten Rand der Seiten (3) und (4) eine Längsrille (13) angeordnet, die erlaubt, die Hülle mit dem Fingernagel festzuhalten, wenn der Lottoschein mit Hilfe der in die Ausnehmung (7) greifenden Finger herausgezogen wird.
  • Das Rückteil (2) ist transparent ausgebildet, so daß die auf der Rückseite eines Lottoscheines aufgedruckten Angaben ohne Herausziehen des Lottoscheines sichtbar sind.
  • Bei Benutzung der Hülle als Schablone ist es zunächst notwendig, im Sichtfenster (8) die Gewinnzahlen zu notieren und dann durch Herausziehen des Lottoscheines die einzelnen bedruckten und markierten Felder mit dem Sichtfenster in Deckung zu bringen, wonach man schnell erkennen kann, welche der auf dem Lottoschein markierten Ziffern Gewinnzahlen waren. Dabei dienen die geschlossenen Seiten der Hülle als Führung, um ein Verkanten des Lottoscheines zu verhindern.

Claims (4)

1. Schablone zum Auswerten von Lottoscheinen od. dgl., bestehend aus einer flachen, rechteckigen, mindestens an einer Schmalseite offenen Hülle, in die zwischen Vorderteil und Rückteil der Lottoschein od. dgl. einlegbar ist, die im Vorderteil mindestens ein Sichtfenster aus beschriftbarem Werkstoff hat und an der offenen Schmalseite eine etwa halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung (7) im unteren Drittel am Vorder- und Rückteil (1, 2) der Hülle und das Sichtfenster (8) oberhalb der Ausnehmung derart angeordnet ist, daß die Verlängerung der seitlichen Begrenzung (9) des Sichtfensters an der der offenen Schmalseite (6) zugewandten Seite die halbkreisförmige Ausnehmung schneidet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Rand der von der halbkreisförmigen Ausnehmung (7) abgewandten Schmalseite (4) an der Rückseite des Rückteils (2) der Hülle eine Längsrille (13) angeordnet ist und daß die Oberseite (12) des Rückteils (2) glatt und die Unterseite (11) des Vorderteils (1) angerauht ausgebildet sind.
2. Schablone nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorderteil (1) und das Rückteil (2) aus Klarsichtfolie bestehen und an mindestens zwei rechtwinklig zueinander stehenden Rändern (3, 4) verschweißt sind.
3. Schablone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorderteil (1) der Hülle eine Bedruckung (11) aufweist, wobei die Bedruckung auf der Unterseite des Vorderteils angeordnet ist.
4. Schablone nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Ausnahme der die Ausnehmung (7) aufweisenden Schmalseite (6) die Hülle an drei Seiten (3, 4, 5) geschlossen ist.
