Abstract

Es werden eine Mehrblattinnenlochsäge für das Zersägen von Kristallstäben oder -blöcken, insbesondere Solarzellen­ grundmaterial auf Siliciumbasis, in dünne Scheiben sowie ver­ mittels dieser Säge durchgeführte Sägeverfahren angegeben. Erfindungsgemäss verfügt die Säge über bezüglich der Lager spiegelsymmetrisch zu beiden Seiten eines gemeinsamen An­ triebszylinders angeordnete Sägeblätter. Beim Sägevorgang wird von jedem der Sägeblätter synchron jeweils ein Werk­ stück zersägt.
