The production of the first part of the packaging according to the present invention can for example be carried out in the following order:
  • a) on the neck 11 of the container 1, the intermediate part 5 is clipped, and this container is filled with a product such as an oxidant.
  • b) during this time, the first seal 3 is welded to the ring 10 and the resistance to pressure of the weld is checked; then this ring 10 is clipped onto the inner skirt 8 of the cover 2; we can then weld the second cover 4 on the intermediate 16 and outer 9 skirts of the same cover 2: thanks to the orifice 17, we verify the resistance to pressure of this weld;
  • c) the cover 2 provided with these two covers is secured by clipping onto the intermediate piece 5;
  • d) the cover 2 is filled with its product and the plug 6 is screwed.

Claims (16)

1. Conditionnement en deux parties assemblables, la première partie étant constituée par deux compartiments com­prenant un premier compartiment, ou récipient (1), et un second compartiment, ou couvercle (2), surmontant le précé­dent, ces deux compartiments étant séparés l'un de l'autre par deux opercules (3, 4), ainsi qu'une pièce intermédiaire (5) réunissant lesdits deux compartiments, conditionnement caractérisé par le fait que lesdits deux opercules (3, 4) sont solidaires dudit couvercle (2), que ce couvercle (2) est obturé à sa partie supérieure par un bouchon (6), et que la seconde partie de ce conditionnement est constituée par une capsule perforatrice (7) apte à perforer les deux opercules (3, 4) quand elle est mise en place sur le second compartiment (2).1.
