Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a extraction tool for extracting minerals, in particular coal, consisting of a circular chisel with a chisel head and chisel shaft and a chisel holder, the chisel holder having a receiving bore for the chisel shaft used therein.
In known extraction tools, the round chisel is regularly rotatably mounted with 1 its chisel shank in the receiving bore of the chisel holder in order to achieve as uniform a wear of the chisel head as possible. Because otherwise a blunt chisel tip is created, which works with significantly reduced extraction performance. This is often the case due to the contamination of the bit shaft bearings.
Another problem can be seen when using extraction tools in dust and temperature control, in the latter case to avoid sparking and the resulting risk of explosion. In addition, one knows the spraying of the extraction tools with regular water. As a result, the extraction tools are equipped with appropriate nozzles. If you work with extremely high and extremely high pressures of 1000 bar and more, the cutting effect can also be achieved if the nozzles are in the chisel head. However, because of the inevitably small nozzle cross-sections, there is often a risk of clogging. In the event of blockage, the nozzle in question must be replaced. This is time-consuming and costly, and particularly disrupts the extraction process.
The invention has for its object to provide a mining tool of the type described, in which on the one hand the bit tip is always preserved by ensuring rotation of the round chisel, which on the other hand works reliably with the supply of a high or ultra-high pressure medium with cutting and self-cleaning effect.
This problem is solved by the invention in a generic extraction tool in that the chisel head is designed as a cap for the chisel shaft and is rotatably mounted on the chisel shaft with a predetermined axial and radial movement play, that coaxial or in the chisel shaft and in the chisel tip of the cap-like chisel head aligned axial bores are arranged, the axial bore in the chisel shaft being designed as a bearing bore for a supply pipe with a nozzle at the end and the axial bore in the chisel tip as a nozzle bore, and in that the nozzle is pressed against a constriction of the bearing bore in the end face region of the chisel shaft in the form of a sealing seat, with sealing action, and that on the chisel shaft or the supply pipe a supply line for ; High and ultra-high pressure media can be connected. - These measures have the consequence that the nozzle protected by the cap-like chisel head always works with a cutting action against the nozzle bore in the chisel head, so that this nozzle bore, from which the high; or maximum pressure medium escapes, cannot clog permanently. Because due to the axial and radial movement play of the cap-like chisel head on the chisel shaft, at the beginning of the plugging of the nozzle bore, there is inevitably a distance between the nozzle arranged at the end in the chisel shaft and the inlet end of the nozzle bore, so that the cutting action of the emerging from the nozzle Maximum pressure medium is retained. As a result, the blockage that begins in the nozzle bore cannot get stuck, but is cut out of the nozzle bore by the high-pressure or ultra-high pressure medium. Insofar as the high or ultra-high pressure medium cannot initially escape via the nozzle bore at the chisel tip, the deflection and escape takes place between the cap-like chisel head and the chisel shaft due to the radial play. Consequently, not only is the cleaning cutting effect always retained, but also that for the uniform wear of the chisel tip required rotation of the cap-like chisel head on the chisel shaft. In this respect, a self-grinding chisel tip is also realized, so that the extraction tool according to the invention always works with optimal cutting performance. These effects are further optimized by the fact that the cap-like chisel head rests on the shoulder of the chisel shaft, thereby forming an axially inverted U-shaped deflection chamber between the chisel shaft end with the nozzle and the chisel tip with the nozzle bore for the high or maximum pressure medium emerging from the nozzle which does not emerge from the chisel tip via the nozzle bore. As a result, the space between the bit head and the bit shaft is constantly flushed and consequently the rotational movements are maintained.
Further features essential to the invention are listed below. For example, the chisel tip can have a rotationally symmetrical cutting insert made of hard metal, for example, through which the nozzle bore is passed. In this way, a particularly uniform grinding of the chisel tip is achieved. The nozzle bore is preferably designed as a stepped bore with an enlarged inlet area and a narrowed outlet area, so that on the one hand the entry of the high or ultra-high pressure medium emerging from the upstream nozzle into the nozzle bore is ensured, and on the other hand the high or ultra-high pressure medium at the chisel tip remains as before exits with cutting action and pushes the chisel head forward as part of the axial movement. The diameter of the nozzle jet emerging from the nozzle is always smaller than the nozzle bore in order to ensure that the medium exits the chisel tip properly. The cap-like chisel head is in a simple manner by means of a securing member which is detachably fastened to the chisel shaft and engages in an annular groove on the inside of the cap Chisel shaft secured taking into account the axial and radial play. This securing element can be a securing clip or a securing clip. In addition, a locking pin can be provided which engages in a corresponding inner annular groove of the cap-like chisel head. - Furthermore, the invention provides that the supply pipe at its nozzles facing away from the tube end having a threaded bushing and is screwed into a threaded bore of the chisel holder, so that in proportionate] ately simple way a perfect contact of the nozzle against the sealing seat in the region of the end narrowing of the Supply pipe can be reached at the other end of the pipe and consequently there is a perfect sealing effect. The supply line for the high and ultra-high pressure medium can be connected just as easily, namely; with the interposition of a coupling piece that can be screwed onto the threaded bushing, if necessary with the interposition of conventional sealing elements.
The advantages achieved by the invention are essentially to be seen in the fact that a extraction tool is realized with a round chisel, in which the chisel tip is characterized by a self-grinding effect and consequently uniform round chisel wear, as well as by a cutting effect cleaning the nozzle bore in the chisel tip, so that perfect and optimal cutting performance is always guaranteed when a high or very high pressure medium is supplied. In addition, the rotatable mounting of the cap-like chisel body on the chisel shaft is ensured because, on the one hand, there is hardly any risk of contamination between the cap-like chisel body and the chisel shaft, and on the other hand, a self-cleaning effect via the high or extremely high pressure. medium is reached if this must partially escape through the gap between the cap-like chisel head and chisel shaft when cleaning the nozzle bore in the chisel head and, if necessary, when entering the nozzle bore. As a result, the extraction tool according to the invention also satisfies the highest demands from the point of view of dust and temperature control or the avoidance of explosion risk. This is especially true when considering a stable and compact design.

In the figures, a extraction tool for extracting minerals, in particular coal, is shown, which in its basic structure consists of a round chisel with a
The extraction tool according to the invention is preferably also suitable for extracting hard stone.
