Claims (8)

1. Einstückige Wäscheklammer aus Plastikmaterial, umfassend zwei Bügel (2, 2', 3, 3'), die durch eine dünne Brücke (4) zwischen den Mittelteilen (1, 1') gegenüber den beiden Bügeln (2, 2', 3, 3') miteinander verbunden sind, wobei ein durch Anlage zweier nach hinten umgeklappter (11, 11') Enden (6, 6') von Zungen (5, 5') gebildetes elastischen Element zwischen den hinteren Teilen der Bügel (3, 3') zwischengeschaltet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (5, 5') durch teilweises Ausnehmen in Form eines « U » (8, 8') im Grund jedes hinteren Bügels (3, 3') gebildet sind.
2. Wäscheklammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügel (2, 2', 3, 3') « U »- förmigen Querschnitt (12, 12') haben.
3. Wäscheklammer nach Anspruch 1 odder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nicht eingeschnittene Teil (7, 7') des Grundes der Bügel eine Scharnierzone zum elastischen Umbiegen der auf der Hinterseite der Bügel (3, 3') befindlichen Zungen (5, 5') begrenzt.

Wäscheklammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Zungen (5, 5') und die Position der Scharniere (7, 7') derart sind, daß das Inanlagekommen des freien Endes der Zungen (5, 5') dann erfolgt, wenn letztere ein Umklappen (11, 11') um etwa 130° erfahren.
5. Wächeklammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Ende der hinteren Bügel (3, 3') eine vertikale Zwischenwand (14, 14') vorgesehen ist, die die beiden Schenkel und den Grund des « U »-förmigen Querschnitts (12, 12') der Bügel verbindet.

Wäscheklammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspr"che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen vertikalen Wände der « U »- förmigen Bügel im hinteren Teil der Bügel (3, 3') ein oder mehrere zylindrische Löcher (10, 10') besitzen, während der vordere Teil der Bügel (2, 2') an den Außenflanken der vertikalen Wände zylindrische Vorsprünge (9, 9') aufweist, wobei die Dicke und der Durchmesser dieser Vorsprünge derart ist, daß sie in die hinten in den Bügeln (3, 3') einer weiteren Klemme desselben Typs vorgesehenen zylindrischen Löcher (10, 10') eindringen können.
7. Wäscheklammer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus Polypropylen hergestellt ist.
8. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wäscheklammern nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 mittels Spritzguß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zungen (5, 5') infolge teilweisen Ausnehmens in Form eines « U » (8, 8') am Grund jedes hinteren Bügels (3, 3') durch Kontakt der Verbindungsebenen der Metallform an drei Seiten der Zungen hergestellt werden, und daß die Zungen mittels Schubstangen in Anlagekontakt gebracht werden.
