Steht der stabartige Querverbinder noch über den Seiten­rand der Lochnadelfestenden erhaben hinaus, wird gleich­sam eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem Trägerkörper­material hergestellt und der Halt noch weiter erhöht. Die Versteifungsrippe l9 verläuft mittig auf das Befestigungsloch l6 zugerichtet parallel zur Rich­tung der Nadeln. Um das Befestigungsloch l6 herum weist der Trägerkörper eine zusätzliche Verstärkung 20 auf, die im Bereich 2l in die Versteifungsrippe l9 übergeht. Claims (17)

1. Lochnadelsegment (l) für Häkel- und Raschelma­schinen mit:
- einem Trägerkörper (2), sowie
- einer Mehrzahl von aus einer Seitenfläche (Stirnfläche 3) des Trägerkörpers (2) herausstehenden Lochnadeln (4), die
-- einen im wesentlichen flach-rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen,
-- äquidistant und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind,
-- an ihrem Freiende (5) mit einem Loch (6) zur Durchführung eines Fadenabschnittes versehen sind, sowie
-- mit ihrem Befestigungsende (7) im Trä­gerkörper (2) gehalten sind,

gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:

- Im Bereich der Befestigungsenden (7) der Lochnadeln (4) ist mindestens ein stabförmi­ger Querverbinder (8 - l0) angeordnet,
-- der mit den Befestigungsenden (7) der Lochnadeln (4) fest verbunden ist und
-- innerhalb des Trägerkörpers (2) über die gesamte Breite (ll) der Lochnadelanord­nung im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zur Nadellängsrichtung (l2) verläuft.

16. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Lochnadelsegmenten zum Einsatz und/oder Raschelmaschinen,

gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte: a) Bereitstellen eines Abstandshalters zur Positionierung der Lochnadeln; b) Einbringen oder Einrütteln der einzelnen Lochnadeln in den Abstandshalter; c) Auflegen von Querverbindern über die Be­festigungsenden der einzelnen Lochnadella­mellen etwa rechtwinklig zur Längsrichtung der Lochnadeln; d) Aufheizen des Querverbinders und/oder der Lochnadellamellen durch elektrischen Strom­fluß zum Erzielen einer Schweißverbindung zwischen Querverbinder und Lochnadeln; e) ggf. Wiederholung des Verfahrensschrittes d) zum Aufbringen weiterer Querverbinder; f) Einlegen der Befestigungsenden des schweiß­verbundenen Lochnadelsatzes in eine Kunst­stoffspritzform; und g) Umspritzen der Befestigungsenden und Quer­verbinder des Lochnadelsatzes mit Kunst­stoffmaterial unter hohem Druck.
