The invention relates to an article of footwear having a removable insole. The insole has nubs and magnetic metal parts on its upper surface for massaging the foot reflex zones. Snap fasteners fasten the insole to the sole. Each snap fastener has an upper part mounted on the lower surface of the insole opposite the magnetic metal part, and a lower part mounted on the sole.

Description

The present invention relates to footwear with a removable insole with nubs serving for foot massage. Such footwear is described for example in EP-A 0 180 600. The loose insole is provided with a variety of different 1-12 mm high knobs. Insoles of this type have only little success on the market. On the other hand, footwear with nub-like insoles which achieve a massage effect and are integrally connected to the footwear are known from US Pat. No. 4,095,353 and are also worn a lot. The pimpled structure of the insole proves to be an actual dirt trap. Therefore, such shoes are made entirely of plastic in order to be at least washable. However, this limits both the choice of materials and the design. A predominantly closed footwear or a combination of leather and plastic cannot be produced in this way.

The insole described in EP-A 0 180 600 should only be held by a circumferential edge elevation of the shoe sole. In contrast, DE-A 2 845 880 shows footwear with an insole which is connected to the insole of the footwear by means of a Velcro fastener. This is a practical connection for a relatively soft insole. For relatively rigid orthopedic insert parts, on the other hand, push-button connections are used, as are known from DE-U 1 755 333 and DE-U 8 517 462.

Finally, GB-A 1 560 887 also discloses shoe inserts with magnets attached therein, which are said to have a therapeutic effect.

Diese Aufgabe löst ein Schuhwerk mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.It is now the object of the present invention to provide an insole of the type mentioned, which are provided with magnetic metal parts. This object is achieved by footwear with the features of claim 1.

The arrangement of the push-button parts according to the invention ensures the flexibility of the relatively soft insole throughout, with the exception of those places where the magnetic metal parts are arranged and high strength is desired. An example embodiment of the insole of a footwear according to the invention is shown in the drawings.

It shows:
  • FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an insole that is half-inserted into a shoe,
  • Figure 2 is a view of the insole from below and
  • Figure 3 shows a cross section through the insole, a push button and the footwear sole.

Figure 1 shows all the features essential to the invention at a glance. The knobs 2 and a magnetic metal insert 3 for massaging one of the four main points of the foot reflex zones can be seen on the top of the insole 1. The underside shows the arrangement of the push-button parts 5, which according to the invention lie opposite the magnetic metal inserts. The counterpart 6 to the push button part 5 can be seen embedded in the sole 7 of the footwear. By means of four such specially arranged push buttons, the insole can be easily removed and reinserted after cleaning. Nothing stands in the way of cleaning in a washing machine. Since shoes with such soles are particularly popular with professionals who do not go outdoors during their working hours, particularly open and semi-open shoes are provided for combination with the insoles according to the invention.

Figure shows such a shoe, in which the heel strap 8 is also fastened with snaps. Therefore, such a shoe model can be used as an open as well as a half-open shoe. So that the shoe can be optimally adjusted for as many foot shapes as possible, it has a specially cut entry opening that is cut far to the front of the shoe. This is covered by a long tab 10 and closed with the closure tabs II by means of Velcro fasteners. This type of closure allows the stepless adjustability for different instep heights and therefore ensures an excellent fit for most feet, even swollen ones.

In Figure 2, the insole is shown in a view from below. What is important here is the arrangement of the push-button parts, which according to the invention are distributed over the four main points 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the foot reflex zones. This increases the effect of the magnetic metal inserts on the opposite side, and on the other hand the insole gains a good hold due to this distribution of the fastening points. Since the insole is made of rubber, you can easily remove it with your finger under the sole and loosen the push-button connections. The wide opening in the upper material also ensures good access to the push button 15 in the toe area. The four stimulation effects listed here are attributed to the following stimulation effects: point 12 is assigned to the hormonal balance and vitality, point 13 to the spine, point 14 to the internal organs such as the pancreas, stomach, intestine, liver, kidneys etc. and finally point 15 to the head, especially eyes and hearing.

In FIG. 3, its arrangement is shown on the basis of a cross section through a push button. One push button part 5 is attached to the underside of the insole I. This can be done, for example, by lamination or welding. The knobs 2 and the magnetic metal insert 3 are also clearly visible here. The counterpart 6 to the push-button part 5 is embedded in the sole 7 of the footwear, so that the insole also lies on the sole 7 at these fastening points. The push buttons can be made of any suitable material such as metal or plastic. A major advantage of the invention over previously known relevant shoes hen there is the possibility of combining insoles that have a stimulating effect due to the foot reflex zones with a practical and pleasing upper part of the shoe without having to sacrifice ease of care. On the contrary, only the part that really needs it gets into the washing machine.
