Claims (5)

1. Insbesondere automatisches Verfahren zum Ausschneiden von Materialstücken in Platten-oder Blattform, das die Anordnung von Schablonen (1, 2) mit den Formen und Maßen der Stücke, das Erkennen der jeweiligen Formen, Maße, Ausrichtungen und Anordnungen der Schablonen auf der Platte oder dem Blatt des Materials mittels bestimmter Zeichen (A, B, C, D, A', B', C', D'), die charakteristisch für ihre jeweiligen Formen und Maße sind, und das Ausschneiden des Platten- oder Blattmaterials entlang den von den Schablonen definierten Umrissen umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es weiter das Aufspüren eventueller Überlappungen von Schablonen und die Veränderung des Ausschneidens in den Überlappungsbereichen (3) von Schablonen enthält, entweder durch Ausschneiden entlang eines geraden Segments (6), das die Schnittpunkte der Umrisse der überlappenden Schablonen verbindet, oder durch Ausschneiden entlang einer von den Schablonenumrissen gleich weit entfernten mittleren Linie (9), die die Schnittpunkte (4, 5) der überlappenden Schablonenumrisse verbindet, oder auch durch Ausschneiden entlang dem Umriß (7, 8) der einen oder der anderen sich überlappenden Schablonen, wobei die Auswahl der Schnittarten in den Überlappungsbereichen (3) in jedem Überlappungsfall in Abhängigkeit von der Art der Schablone und dem betroffenen Teil des Umrisses der Schablone getroffen wird und diese Wahlen in eine Liste von möglichen Schnittarten eingetragen werden können, die direkt nach dem Aufspüren und der Identifizierung der Überlappungsfälle konsultiert werden kann.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle oder ein Teil der Arbeitsgange des Aufspürens von Überlappungsbereichen, der Befragung der Liste von möglichen Schnittarten und der Auswahl der Schnittarten in den Überlappungsbereichen zum Ausschneiden des Platten- oder Blattmaterials und die Steuerung des eigentlichen Schneidens von einem Computer mit entsprechender Software durchgeführt werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Liste der möglichen Schnittarten in einen elektronischen Speicher und/oder irgendeinen Informationsträger wie Magnetbänder oder -disketten oder Festplatten geladen wird, deren Inhalt vom Computer gelesen werden kann.
4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auswahl der Schnittart von zusätzlichen bestimmten Zeichen abhängen kann.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen bestimmten Zeichen von einer Bedienungsperson auf das Materialblatt oder die Materialplatte aufgebracht werden.
