Abstract
Zur Verbesserung des Wirkungsgrades beim Trocknen von wasser reichen Braunkohlen und zur Erleichterung der Reinigung von anfallenden Prozeßwässern in einer Fleißnertrocknung wird vorgeschlagen, die Rohkohle mit heißem Abwasser zu über brausen und den Feinkornanteil mit einer maximalen Korngröße von 5 mm, vorzugsweise 1 mm, abzutrennen. Der Feinkornanteil wird in der Folge einer Adsorptionsstufe (5) unterworfen, wobei nach einer Reaktionszeit von wenigstens 1 min, vorzugs weise 2 bis 5 min, ein Großteil der das Abwasser belastenden löslichen Stoffe an diesem Feinkorn adsorbiert wird. In der Folge wird das Abwasser nach einer Flockung in einem Flockungsreaktor (6) und einer Feststoffabscheidung (8) weiter gereinigt, wofür Sandfilter (10), Adsorberharze und Aktivkohle verwendet werden können. Das gereinigte Prozeß wasser kann als Speisewasser für eine Dampferzeugung in einer Verbrennungsanlage (13) herangezogen werden und teilweise zur Spülung der Sandfilter (10) herangezogen werden.
