Description
The present invention relates to a vibrating table for the manufacture of concrete products.
This vibrating table comprises, in a conventional manner, a mold on its flat upper surface cooperating with a molding machine comprising a feed hopper containing the concrete to be molded, a slide movable alternately between a rear position under the feed hopper and a front position above the mold to load concrete into the hopper, then transport the latter, in a determined quantity, into the mold, as well as a stirrer in the form of a grid placed in the drawer to facilitate the penetration of the concrete into the mold.
These are installations of the conventional type intended for the manufacture of vibrated concrete objects, such as concrete blocks.
The vibration of these products is essential in particular for tamping the concrete in the mold.
- a flat horizontal top surface with the mold,
- a rigid frame to which this surface is connected by means of suspension members, and
- main vibrating organs balanced so as to be able to provide the same compaction energy at each point of the upper surface and of the mold.
To give complete satisfaction, in particular from the point of view of the working rhythm, the wear of the engines following the very violent tremors to which they are subjected and the safety of the operating personnel, the main vibrating organs must respond to particular criteria.
Many organs of this type have already been proposed, including those described in French patent applications 2,517,568, 2,529,104, 2,552,685 or 1,034,200.
It is however known that all the machines described above always have the disadvantage of having an imbalance due to the difference in filling of the mold between its front part and its rear part.
In fact, the rear part of the mold sees all the elements of the agitator in the form of a grid, during the forward and backward movement of the drawer, and consequently receives the concrete for a longer period of time with mixing. most important ; this results in non-negligible uniformity defects in the finished products such as concrete blocks.
The object of the present invention is to propose a very simple device making it possible to compensate for this phenomenon of imbalance.
To this end, the invention relates to a vibrating table of the type described above, characterized in that the main vibrating members cooperate with additional vibrating members capable of providing additional compaction energy to the front part, opposite to the feed hopper of the upper surface and of the mold to compensate for the filling imbalance of the latter at this level, these annex vibrating members comprising an annex chassis provided with a vibrating tablet disposed below the front part of the upper surface, parallel to the latter, and driven in vibration by a vibrating motor.
The idea underlying the invention therefore consists, in fact, of supplementing in an extremely simple and inexpensive manner, the main vibrations by additional vibrations acting on the only front part of the mold receiving the concrete for a shorter duration.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the auxiliary chassis is articulated on an axis integral with the rigid chassis and capable of moving between a rest position in which it is independent of the main vibrating assembly and a working position in which it comes into engagement with the upper surface of the table to transmit its vibrations to its front part.
The vibrating motor preferably operates continuously but is in fact only active in the working position; in this position, in fact, the vibrating tablet can come into action at the lower part of the flat upper surface to exert a hammering action there.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the movement of the annex chassis between its rest position and its working position is controlled by at least one plating cylinder mounted at its lower part.
For reasons of symmetry, two plating cylinders are generally provided, each consisting of a flexible cylinder which is in the open air in the rest position and under a given pressure in the working position.
According to another characteristic of the invention, these plating jacks cooperate with at least one, preferably two balancing jacks capable of constantly keeping the vibrating tablet in a horizontal position.
In the rest position, the plating cylinders are in the open air and the balancing cylinders are calibrated at a pressure such that the amplitudes of the vibrating table reach neither the surface of the vibrating table nor the structure of the machine ; on the contrary, in the working position, the plating cylinders are under a pressure which makes it possible to adjust the hammering of the shelf below the flat upper surface.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the pressure exerted by the plating cylinder or cylinders can be adjusted to allow adjustment of the hammering force exerted by the vibrating tablet and, consequently, of the compensation action.
This is therefore an extremely simple device, capable of being applied to all types of mold, allowing nothing to unbalance the main vibration and an extremely simple and nevertheless precise adjustment.
This adjustment is, in fact, threefold, since the vibrating force, the hammering force can be independently adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the flexible plating jacks as well as the duration of the latter.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic sections of a vibrating table according to the invention respectively in the working position and in the rest position, while
- Figure 3 is a top view of this vibrating table.
This table is intended to receive on its upper surface 1 a mold, not shown, and to cooperate with a molding machine comprising a feed hopper containing concrete to be molded, a drawer movable alternately between a rear position under the hopper. feed and a front position above the mold to load concrete under the hopper then transport the latter in a quantity determined for the mold, as well as a stirrer in the form of a grid placed in the drawer to facilitate the penetration of the concrete into the mold.
These are bodies conventionally used in the field of concrete molding which, for the sake of brevity, have not been shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.
Chacun des moteurs 4, 4' est relié aux vibrateurs 5, 5' au moyen d'un flexible de transmission 6.According to these figures, the vibrating table comprises, in addition to its flat
Of course, these main vibrating members are only given by way of example and one could, for example, replace the two
The only essential feature is that the vibrating assembly is perfectly balanced between its front, rear, right and left parts to provide the same compaction energy at each point of the mold.
As already indicated, the filling of the mold occurs under the action, on the one hand, of the displacement of the drawer not shown according to the arrow A along the
To remedy this drawback, the invention proposes to associate with the main vibrating assembly described above, annex vibrating members consisting of an
The
This back-and-forth movement according to arrow B of the whole of the
The
