Claims (3)
- Rotierender Kopf für die automatische Stuckarbeit der Oberflächen von Steinen, mit einer Reihe von mit einer vertikalen Drehwelle (1) verbundenen Armen (3) als Träger von Spateln (4, 4'), welche die Spachtelmasse auf der zu bearbeitenden Fläche (18) verstreichen, wobei sich die Spatel (4, 4') auf der zu bearbeitenden Fläche (18) quer zur Drehwelle (1) bewegen und mit einer automatischen Vorrichtung (5, 6, 7) zur Annäherung und zur Entfernung der Arme (3) von der zu bearbeitenden Fläche (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein jeder Spatel (4, 4') zwischen zwei halbzylinderförmigen Backen (8, 9) gesichert ist, die von einem Schraubstock (10) gehalten sind, der an dem Arm (3) mittels Schrauben (11) und (12) in der Weise angebracht ist, daß sie auch eine Neigungsverstellung des Spatels (4, 4') relativ zu der zu bearbeitenden Fläche (18) und auch eine gegenüber der radialen Richtung des Armes (3) abweichenden Orientierung zulassen, auf welchem der Spatel (4) mittels kreissektorförmigen Langlöchern (15) und (16) angeordnet ist, die auf dem Arm (3) vorgesehen und von den Schrauben (11) und (12) durchsetzt sind.
- Kopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Arme (3) mittels eines Drehzahl-Wechselgetriebes (2) regelbar und an die Art, nämlich die Viskosität und die physikalischen Eigenschaften der Spachtelmasse anpaßbar ist derart, daß ein vollkommenes Verstreichen der Poren mit der Spachtelmasse gewährleistet ist.
- Kopf nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spatel (4, 4') einen ebenen oder Widerhaken aufweisenden Rand haben, um auf die mit Spachtelmasse zu verstreichenden Poren unterschiedliche Drücke auszuüben und eine Zwangsverfestigung zu verwirklichen, an welche sich das Nivellieren der Spachtelmasse derart anschließt, daß ein vollkommener und konstanter Spachtelmasse-Auftrag der hohlen Vertiefungen der Platte erreicht wird.
