Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines eines Drahtgliederbandes, bestehend aus mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten abwechselnd rechtsgängig bzw. linksgängig gewickelten Wendeln aus Metalldraht oder Kunststoffdraht, die in der Ebene des Drahtgliederbandes derart ineinander gesteckt sind, daß sich ihre Windungen teilweise überlappen, wobei in die sich überlappenden Windungen jeweils ein Kupplungsdraht eingeführt ist, mit einer Engstellte, der die jeweils paarweise ineiander gesteckten Wendein aus verschiedenen Richtungen zugeführt werden und in der die Wendeln durch eine Auslenkung aufgebogen werden, so daß sie sich ineinanderfügen, wobei die Engstelle durch eine in Transportrichtung der Wendeln angetriebene Walze gebildet wird, die mit einem Gegenlager zusammenarbeitet.The invention relates to a device for producing a wire link belt, consisting of a plurality of juxtaposed alternating right-handed or left-handed coils made of metal wire or plastic wire, which are inserted into one another in the plane of the wire link belt so that their turns partially overlap, in which A coupling wire is inserted into each of the overlapping turns, with a constriction to which the twists inserted in pairs are fed from different directions and in which the coils are bent up by a deflection so that they join into one another, the constriction being caused by a direction of transport of the coils driven roller is formed, which cooperates with a counter bearing.

Parallel zueinander und voneinander beabstandet hat der Leitkörper Führungsstege, die die dem Leitkörper zugeführten Wendeln zu den Wendelpaaren paarweise vereinigen. Hier besteht aber die Gefahr, daß die Wendelpaare beim Erreichen der Engstelle nicht mehr einwandfrei paarweise ineinandergesteckt sind, weil sie von dem Führungskörper bis zur Engstelle eine gewisse Strecke zurücklegen müssen, in der sie nicht geführt sind. Insbesondere bei höheren Produktionsgeschwindigkeiten besteht daher die Vermutung, daß die vorbeschriebene Vorrichtung nicht einwandfrei arbeitet.Such a device is described in DE-B-3 127 149. Dadurch werden die Wendeln einwandfrei ineinander gesteckt und zu dem bandförmigen Gebilde, bestehend aus einer Reihe von mehreren, ineinander gesteckten Wendelpaaren geformt. Jeweils in ein Paar der ineinander gesteckten Wendeln wird dann von der offenen Vorderseite her noch ein Steckdraht 12 eingesteckt, der ebenfalls in Fig. 2 angedeutet ist. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht das nach diesem Verfahren hergestellte Drahtgliederband aus insgesamt sechsunddreißig Wendeln. Diese Anzahl kann natürlich vergrößert oder verkleinert werden, je nach den gewünschten Verhältnissen.
