9. A device according to one of claims 4 to 8 characterised in that the sleee (24) is provided on the holder (3) and the pin (23) is provided on the carrier (4).

A device according to one of claims 5 to 9 characterised in that a shoulder (30; 37) is provided on the one member of the pivot mounting and an elastic hook (31; 38) which engages behind the shoulder is provided on the other member of the pivot mounting, to prevent one member of the pivot mounting from being pulled off the other member of the pivot mounting.
