Abstract

Auf der Grundlage der bisher in den Stapel­ faserspinnereien verwendeten Durchzugs-Riem­ chenstreckwerken mit glatter, profilloser Oberfläche, werden ineinandergreifende Nok­ kenverzugsriemchen verwendet.
Die ineinandergreifenden Nocken halten das Stapelfaser-Material wellenförmig fest.
Die wellenförmige Klemmung der Stapelfasern erlaubt einen sehr geordneten Verzug, der der zufälligen Faserlage im Vorgarn mal Ver­ zugshöhe entspricht.
Der Anteil Dünn/Dickstellen wird um ein mehrfaches reduziert, da die Mitnahme von kurzen Fasern durch lange Fasern, verhindert wird.
