Zu diesem Zweck ist im vorliegenden Fall ein die Eintrittsöffnung umschliessendes Ringrohr 9 mit über seinem Umfang verteilt angeordneten Sprühdüsen vorgesehen. Dem Ringrohr 9 werden Chemikalien und/oder Ozon und/oder Heissdampf zugeführt. Der Heissdampf wird vorzugsweise in einem Durchlauf¬ erhitzer erzeugt, die Chemikalien werden ebenso wie das Ozon unter hohem Druck in das Ringrohr 9 eingespeist.
