Description

Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung wird der in der Schleusenkammer z. B. in Säcken eingebrachte Müll zerkleinert. Hierbei kann es zu einer Freigabe von Infektionskeimen kommen. Das Risiko ist allerdings klein gehalten, da in der Schleusenkammer eine Sprühvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, um den Infektionsmüll zu befeuchten. Die mit Infektionsmüll angefüllten Behälter werden in die Mikrowellenkammer geschoben, wonach die Mikrowellen kammer allseitig verschlossen wird. Anschließend werden die Mikrowellensender eingeschaltet. Ein großer Vorteil wird dann dadurch erreicht, daß der oder die Behälter in der Mikrowellenkammer während der Mikrowellenbestrahlung bewegt werden. Hierdurch wird zuverlässig erreicht, daß alle Bereiche innerhalb des Infektionsmülls mit Mikrowellen bestrahlt werden, so daß der Müll zuverlässig sterilisiert wird. Zur leichten Handhabung der Behälter 5 weisen diese Räder 9 auf. Der Beutel 12 platzt bei der Bestrahlung mit Mikrowellen, so daß der Infektionsmüll befeuchtet wird.
