Description

  • La présente invention concerne des volets articulés de véhicules automobiles, tels que portes de coffres, hayons ou capots (voir DE-A-1584059).
  • Ces volets sont le plus souvent reliés à la caisse du véhicule par au moins deux équilibreurs disposés chacun d'un côté du volet et compensant le poids de celui-ci. La tendance actuelle à les réaliser en matière plastique et d'une façon plus générale à les alléger peut conduire à une diminution de leur rigidité en torsion et en flexion. Les équilibreurs, qui jusqu'à présent sont pneumatiques, peuvent encore accentuer cette torsion et cette flexion du fait de leurs déplacements parfois assez brutaux et dissymétriques lors des mouvements de fermeture des volets.
  • La présente invention a pour objet un volet articulé de véhicule automobile, à équilibreurs, qui est perfectionné de manière à remédier à cet inconvénient.
  • Le volet selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les équilibreurs sont du type hydropneumatique et sont montés de manière inverse, leurs chambres de liquide étant reliées entre elles par un conduit hydraulique.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation, les deux équilibreurs montés de manière inverse et ayant leurs chambres de liquide reliées entre elles sont disposés l'un d'un côté du volet et l'autre du côté opposé. On assure ainsi un blocage de la torsion du volet.
  • Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le volet est relié à la caisse du véhicule par deux paires d'équilibreurs disposées chacune d'un côté du volet et les équilibreurs de chaque paire sont montés de manière inverse en ayant leurs chambres de liquide reliées par un conduit hydraulique.
  • Il peut éventuellement être prévu un conduit muni d'un étrangleur et reliant les chambres des équilibreurs contenant le gaz.
  • On a décrit ci-après, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, deux modes de réalisation du volet articulé selon l'invention avec référence au dessin annexé dans lequel:
    • la figure 1 montre un premier mode de réalisation permettant un blocage de la torsion;
    • la figure 2 montre un second mode de réalisation permettant un blocage de la flexion.
  • A la figure 1, on voit en 1 une porte du coffre ou hayon qui est articulée autour d'un axe 2 par rapport à la caisse 3 du véhicule, d'une manière analogue à celle représentée à la figure 2.
  • De chaque côté du volet sont prévus des équilibreurs hydrauliques 4a et 4b identiques. Chaque équilibreur comprend un cylindre 5 qui est articulé en 6 sur la caisse 3 et dans lequel est monté coulissant un piston 7 solidaire d'une tige 8; celle-ci est articulée en 9 sur le volet 1. Le piston délimite dans le cylindre 5 une chambre 10 contenant un liquide et une chambre 11 contenant un gaz. Les équilibreurs 4a et 4b sont montés de manière inverse, c'est-à-dire que la chambre 10 de l'équilibreur 4a se trouve du côté du volet 1, alors que la chambre 10 de l'équilibreur 4b se trouve du côté de la caisse 3. Un conduit 12 relie les chambres 10. Il peut également être prévu un conduit 13 muni d'un étrangleur 14 et reliant les chambres 11.
  • Si, en fonctionnement, le volet 1 subit une torsion, par exemple si son côté gauche a tendance à se trouver plus bas que son côté droit, le piston 7 de l'équilibreur 4b chasse un peu de liquide de la chambre 10 de cet équilibreur vers la chambre 10 de l'équilibreur 4a, ce qui rétablit l'équilibre en ramenant à des valeurs identiques les courses des équilibreurs.
  • Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 2, chacun des côtés du volet 1 est relié à la caisse 3 par deux équilibreurs 4a-4'a et 4b-4'b, seuls les équilibreurs4a et4'a étant visibles au dessin. Ces équilibreurs ne sont pas identiques: leurs sections sont sensiblement inversement proportionnelles à la distance qui les sépare de l'axe de pivotement 2. Comme dans le mode de réalisation précédent, ils sont disposés en sens inverse et un conduit 12 relie les chambres 10 des équilibreurs situés d'un même côté du volet articulé.
  • Si le volet 1 tend à fléchir, la liaison hydraulique des deux équilibreurs 4a et 4'a ou 4b et 4'b par le conduit 12 assure une course de chaque équilibreur proportionnelle à la distance séparant celui-ci de l'axe d'articulation 2 et s'oppose par suite à cette flexion.

Claims (3)

1. Volet articulé de véhicule automobile, relié à la caisse du véhicule (3) par au moins deux équilibreurs disposés chacun d'un côté du volet (1), caractérisé en ce que les équilibreurs (4a-4b ou 4a-4'a) sont de type hydropneumatique et sont montés de manière inverse, leurs chambres de liquide (10) étant reliées entre elles par un conduit hydraulique (12).
2. Volet articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux équilibreurs (4a et 4b) montés de manière inverse et ayant leurs chambres de liquide reliées entre elles sont disposés l'un d'un côté du volet (1) et l'autre du côté opposé.
3. Volet articulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet (1) est relié à la caisse (3) du véhicule par deux paires d'équilibreurs disposées chacune d'un côté du volet et en ce que les équilibreurs (4a-4'a) de chaque paire sont montés de manière inverse en ayant leurs chambres de liquide (10) reliées par un conduit hydraulique (12).
