Abstract
Das Verfahren zum Antrieb von drehbaren Maschinenteilen, insbesondere Walzen von Walzstraßen, arbeitet mit Hydro motoren (1), deren Schwenkwinkel durch ein Stellglied (2) zur Veränderung des Schluckvolumens und damit des übertragbaren Momentes verstellt wird. Zusätzlich ist eine Drossel (4) in die Fluidzufuhr eingeschaltet, deren Öffnungsquerschnitt veränderlich ist. Die Regelung erfolgt derart, daß vor dem Auftreten eines Lastmomentes in von der Drehzahlregelung entkoppelter Verstellbewegung der Schwenkwinkel zur Über tragung eines vorgegebenen Drehmomentes verstellt wird, wobei die Drehzahlregelung ausschließlich durch Änderung der Energiezufuhr zum Hydromotor erfolgt, worauf für die Aufrechterhaltung der Arbeitsdrehzahl nach Auftreten eines Lastmomentes die Drehzahlregelung unter Einbeziehung der Stellvorrichtung für die Verstellung, insbesondere der Winkelverstellung, des Hydromotors in die Drehzahlregelung erfolgt.
