Claims (18)
- Une composition polymère comportant un mélange de:(A) d'environ 0,1% à environ 20% en poids d'au moins un homopolymère soluble dans l'huile d'une mono-oléfine non-aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 750 à environ 10 000 et,(B-1) au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère renfermant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins deux monomères, l'un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique réduite d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote présentant dans sa structure polymère les groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère,(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyl dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un composé polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et au moins un groupe amino-tertiaire ou amino-hétérocyclique; et(c) une quantité efficace d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité aux basses températures.
- Une composition selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle (A) est un homopolymère dérivé du propène ou du butène.
- Une composition selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans laquelle le monomère (i) est un styrène et le monomère (ii) est l'acide maléique, l'anhydride maléique ou un mélange de ceux-ci.
- Une composition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit diluant (C) présente une viscosité à 40°C inférieure à 4 x 10⁻⁶ m².s⁻¹.
- Une composition selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit diluant (C) comprend une huile naphténique ou une huile synthétique présentant une viscosité à 40°C d'environ 2 x 10⁻⁶ à environ 3,8 x 10⁻⁶m²s⁻¹.
- Une composition selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rapport pondéral dudit diluant (C) à la combinaison de (A) et de (B) est d'environ 5:1 à environ 1:5.
- Une composition pour fluide de transmission présentant une stabilité améliorée au cisaillement comportant:(A) d'environ 0,1% à environ 20% en poids d'au moins un homopolymère soluble dans l'huile d'une mono-oléfine non-aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 750 à environ 10 000 et,(B-1) au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère renfermant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins deux monomères, l'un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique réduite d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote présentant dans sa structure polymère les groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère,(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyl dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un composé polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et au moins un groupe amino-tertiaire ou amino-hétérocyclique; et(c) environ 1 % à environ 90% en poids d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité aux basses températures.
- Un fluide de transmission selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le monomère (i) dans l'ester renfermant de l'azote (B) est l'éthylène, le propylène, l'isobutène ou bien un styrène et le monomère (ii) dans l'ester renfermant de l'azote (B) est au moins un composé choisi parmi l'acide maléique ou l'anhydride maléique, l'acide itaconique ou l'anhydride itaconique ou bien l'acide acrylique ou un ester acrylique.
- Un fluide hydraulique présentant une stabilité améliorée au cisaillement comportant une quantité prédominante d'une huile de base;(A) Une quantité plus petite stabilisant le cisaillement d'au moins un polymère soluble dans l'huile, qui est un monopolymère d'une mono-oléfine non aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone ou bien un copolymère de ladite mono-oléfine non aromatique avec une mono-oléfine aromatique, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 500 à environ 100.000;(B-1) une quantité plus faible améliorant l'indice de viscosité d'au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère contenant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins 2 monomères, un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique, alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique diminuée d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote étant caractérisé par la présence dans sa structure polymère des groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère;(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyle dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un groupe polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire, et au moins un groupe amino tertiaire ou amino hétérocyclique,(B-2) une quantité plus faible abaissant le point d'écoulement d'au moins un produit de polymérisation à base d'acrylate, soluble dans l'huile d'au moins un ester de la formule :

dans laquelle X est un hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ou aryle, et R est un groupe hydrocarbyle monovalent renfermant au moins 4 atomes de carbone ou un dérivé éther dudit groupe hydrocarbyle; et(C) une quantité plus petite améliorant la fluidité d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité à basse température. - Un fluide selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le composant (A) présente un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 750 à environ 10.000.
- Un fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10, comprenant en outre une quantité plus petite inhibant la rouille d'un inhibiteur de rouille;
une quantité plus petite inhibant l'oxydation d'un inhibiteur d'oxydation; et
une quantité plus petite inhibant l'usure d'un agent anti-usure. - Un fluide selon la revendication, dans lequel ledit agent anti-usure est réalisé en mettant en contact un sel d'un acide phosphorique de la formule :

dans laquelle chaque R' représente indépendamment un groupe à base d'hydrocarbure, ou bien des précurseurs d'acide phosphoreux de celui-ci, avec au moins un phosphite de la formule :

dans laquelle R'' est un groupe à base d'hydrocarbure, sous des conditions de réaction à une température d'environ 50°C à environ 200°C. - Un fluide selon la revendication 12, dans lequel R'' est un groupe aromatique, chaque R' est un groupe alkyle d'environ 3 à environ 50 atomes de carbone, et ledit sel est un sel de zinc.
- Un fluide selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle ledit agent anti-usure est un dialkyle phosphorodithiote de zinc.
- Un fluide selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, dans lequel ledit fluide comporte environ 60% à environ 99 % en poids de ladite huile de base; d'environ 1,1 % à environ 20 % en poids du composant (A); d'environ 0,05% à environ 10% en poids de composant (B-1); d'environ 0,1% à environ 10% en poids du composant (B-2); et d'environ 1% à environ 35% en poids du composant (C).
- Un procédé pour la préparation d'une composition polymère, consistant à mélanger:(A) d'environ 0,1% à environ 20% en poids d'au moins un homopolymère soluble dans l'huile d'une mono-oléfine non-aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 750 à environ 10 000 et,(B-1) au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère renfermant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins deux monomères, l'un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique réduite d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote présentant dans sa structure polymère les groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère,(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyl dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un composé polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et au moins un groupe amino-tertiaire ou amino-hétérocyclique; et(c) une quantité efficace d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité aux basses températures.
- Un procédé pour la préparation d'une composition pour fluide de transmission, présentant une stabilité améliorée au cisaillement, consistant à mélanger:(A) d'environ 0,1% à environ 20% en poids d'au moins un homopolymère soluble dans l'huile d'une mono-oléfine non-aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 750 à environ 10 000 et,(B-1) au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère renfermant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins deux monomères, l'un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique réduite d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote présentant dans sa structure polymère les groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère,(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyl dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un composé polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire et au moins un groupe amino-tertiaire ou amino-hétérocyclique; et(c) environ 1% à environ 90% en poids d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité aux basses températures.
- Un procédé pour la préparation d'un fluide hydraulique présentant une stabilité améliorée au cisaillement, consistant à mélanger ;(A) Une quantité plus petite stabilisant le cisaillement d'au moins un polymère soluble dans l'huile, qui est un monopolymère d'une mono-oléfine non aromatique présentant au moins 3 atomes de carbone ou bien un copolymère de ladite mono-oléfine non aromatique avec une mono-oléfine aromatique, ledit polymère présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre d'environ 500 à environ 100.000;(B-1) une quantité plus faible améliorant l'indice de viscosité d'au moins un ester renfermant de l'azote d'un interpolymère contenant du carboxy, dérivé d'au moins 2 monomères, un desdits monomères étant (i) une oléfine aliphatique ou un monomère vinyl aromatique, et l'autre desdits monomères étant (ii) au moins un acide carboxylique aliphatique, alpha, béta-insaturé, un anhydride ou un ester de celui-ci, ledit interpolymère présentant une viscosité spécifique diminuée d'environ 0,05 à environ 2, ledit ester renfermant de l'azote étant caractérisé par la présence dans sa structure polymère des groupes polaires suivants qui sont dérivés des groupes carboxy dudit interpolymère;(a) au moins un groupe ester carboxylique présentant au moins 8 atomes de carbone aliphatique dans le groupe ester;(b) au moins un groupe polyamino-carbonyle dérivé de la réaction d'un groupe carboxy dudit interpolymère avec un groupe polyamino présentant un groupe amino primaire ou secondaire, et au moins un groupe amino tertiaire ou amino hétérocyclique,(B-2) une quantité plus faible abaissant le point d'écoulement d'au moins un produit de polymérisation à base d'acrylate, soluble dans l'huile d'au moins un ester de la formule :

dans laquelle X est un hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle ou aryle, et R est un groupe hydrocarbyle monovalent renfermant au moins 4 atomes de carbone ou un dérivé éther dudit groupe hydrocarbyle; et(C) une quantité plus petite améliorant la fluidité d'au moins un diluant organique liquide diminuant la viscosité à basse température.
