Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for drilling in rock, ore or the like, e.g. for driving, tunnel construction etc. with a mobile steered, especially articulated car.
- anchor technology has been used for securing tunnels in ever greater numbers. Hiebei is proceeded in such a way that after the completion of the blasting and clearing work, boreholes are drilled into the grown rock, which are arranged approximately normal to the tangent in the respective tunnel profile, whereupon steel anchors, which have a thread, a plate and a nut at one end, be fixed in the borehole.
- This fixing in the borehole can be done either with a hydraulic binder, but also with thermosetting binders or the like.
- the screw nut is tightened so that a compressive stress is applied to the rock via the steel plate located between the rock and the screw nut, which in many cases provides a completely sufficient expansion of the tunnel gallery or the like. So far, the procedure was such that the drilling of the blast holes, that is to say those holes which are arranged in the direction of advance, and the drilling of the anchor holes, the direction of which is approximately vertical or radial to the direction of advance of the blast holes, were carried out completely independently of one another the different drilling directions have also used different drilling rigs.
- the present invention has set itself the goal of providing a device for drilling in rock, in particular for mining work, which allows blast holes and anchor holes to be produced simultaneously without a large space requirement, even on a route with a width of approximately 5 m and a height of 4 m, the anchor holes are naturally made in the area which was previously created by the blasting and clearing work. Furthermore, it should be ensured that the operating elements for the drilling devices, be it for the blast holes or for the anchor holes, do not have to operate in the unsecured area. Another object of the present invention is that the drilling device is brought to the site once, no longer has to be moved, but that the corresponding movements of the drilling units can be carried out independently of one another and simultaneously, so that the set-up times and the like are significantly reduced.
- Carrying the rotary motor, in particular the rotary impact motor and the feed device, and at least one pressure medium, in particular hydraulic supply consists essentially in that at least one drilling arm, which may have a shorter and / or telescopic mount than the other drilling arms, which is arranged between two others on the carriage is movable in the direction of advance, in particular directly or indirectly with its bracket along a displacement path, wherein the displacement path is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the sole.
- the drilling carriage Due to the articulated vehicle, in particular, with supports that can be raised and lowered, the drilling carriage can be moved into the working position even under the tightest of space conditions, the supports providing precise positioning and alignment of the carriage. Since the drill arm with bracket arranged between two other on the carriage is arranged so that it can be moved in the direction of advance, all or essentially all of the anchor holes radially emanating from the direction of advance can be separated from one working position of the drill carriage, from which all the blast holes are arranged Driving direction are drilled, a particularly trouble-free construction is given when the drilling arm with its bracket is displaceable along a displacement path, which can preferably be arranged essentially parallel to the sole.
- a device for propelling blast holes which carries a plurality of drill arms, the laterally arranged drill arms being driven direction are telescopic.
- a device for propelling blast holes which carries a plurality of drill arms, the laterally arranged drill arms being driven direction are telescopic.
- such a device is in no way suitable for solving the task, since such a device is too space-intensive and, furthermore, the drill holes required for anchoring cannot be carried out.
- an adjacent, preferably two adjacent, further drilling arms can be moved in the driving direction, especially with a bracket, each being displaceable along a displacement path, the displacement path preferably being provided essentially parallel to the base, so that individual drill arms are brought into their respective positions without physical interference from the other drill arm.
- the middle drilling arm is to perform a swiveling movement
- the two laterally arranged drilling arms can be moved counter to the direction of advance, whereby a full swiveling movement of the drilling arm, which is usually used for anchoring, can be carried out, after which the drilling arms, which are used for the explosive holes serve again can be moved into the working position.
- the carriage can have a much shorter longitudinal extension for transport purposes only when the drilling arms are moved to the rear, which results in improved roughness.
- anchor holes can also be driven into the rock in the immediate vicinity of the face, so that the tunnel is optimally secured.
- the one of two adjacent, in particular central, displacement track extends further on site than the two neighboring ones, so there is a particularly good time combination for the execution of the drilling work for the blast holes and the drilling work for the anchor holes, furthermore a particularly good protection in the entire area of tunneling.
- a particularly high degree of mobility of the drilling arm, with which the anchor holes are to be made, is given when, in the case of a non-rotating bracket, the drilling arm arranged between two other carriages is articulated above the associated lifting and lowering cylinder, at least one adjacent, in particular both, adjacent Drilling arms are arranged below the assigned lifting and lowering cylinder.
- a particularly simple and advantageous construction of the drilling arm for anchoring is obtained if the drilling arm, which is arranged to be movable between two other on the carriage in the direction of advance, has a shaft which is arranged essentially normal to the longitudinal direction of the drill boom and essentially parallel to the ground on which the mount holder is is attached directly or indirectly.
- the carriage 1 has a hydraulic supply 2 and is carried by wheels 3 on the sole. Instead of wheels, caterpillars, portals, rails, etc. can also be provided. Raisable and lowerable supports 4 are provided at the respective ends of the carriage. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the carriage is articulated. At the front end seen in the direction of advance according to arrow a, three displacement tracks 5, 6 and 7 are provided. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, these displacement tracks are arranged essentially parallel to the sole. A console 8 with a drilling arm 9 is arranged on the sliding track 6, which extends further on site than the sliding tracks 5 and 7. This bracket 8 can be moved along the displacement path 6 in and against the direction of advance.
- the rotatable brackets 10 and 11 are longitudinally displaceable along the displacement tracks 5 and 7. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the console 8 of the middle sliding track can be displaced further on site than the consoles 10 and 11.
- Each drilling arm is telescopic and has a feed device (not shown) and a percussion drilling or rotating motor with which the respective Boring bars 12, 13 and 14 are driven into the rock.
- the drilling arm 9 is arranged above the associated lifting and lowering cylinder 15, at least one of the drilling arms 16 and 17 being arranged below its associated lifting and lowering cylinder 18, 19.
- the middle drilling arm is also designed to be telescopic, and furthermore the mount 20 is mounted on a shaft 21 which is arranged normal to the longitudinal direction of the drill boom and parallel to the ground.
- the carriage holder carries one Drill mount 22.
- a work platform 23 is arranged behind the sliding tracks 5, 6 and 7.
- the boring bars 12 and 14 which are used to carry out blast holes, can be driven into the chest, regardless of the anchoring work which is carried out, for example, with the boring bar 13.
- Fig. 1 three boreholes 24, 25 and 26 are shown schematically, which were driven into the ridge, which are spaced from one another, with respect to the direction of advance a.
- the drilling arm for executing the anchor holes can be moved in and against the direction of advance in a working position of the carriage, so that there is no mutual obstruction, and anchor holes and advance holes can be carried out simultaneously.
- the number of the individual drilling units is also dependent on the number of drilling or blasting holes required.
- the lowering of the raisable and lowerable supports will always be necessary if several drilling operations are carried out in one place in order to avoid any rubbing of the drill rods and the like due to changes in the position of the carriage in the rock.
- the carriage 22 for the execution of the anchor holes can be shorter or telescopic. e.g. be designed for the anchorage of blast holes in the direction of propulsion, as the carriage for the execution of the blast holes, since as a rule the stud height is less than the length of the blast holes.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for drilling in rock, ore or the like, e.g. for driving, tunnel construction etc. with a mobile steered, especially articulated car.
When mining ores and the like, and also when building tunnels, sewers, etc., two different processes alternate with one another. On the one hand, the rock or the like must be broken out, cut or the like, or blast holes are made, for example, after which the blasting is carried out, after which the loosened rock must be removed. At this time, however, the blown-up tunnel or the like consists only of rock, the cohesion of the tunnel being given only by the vault effect and any tectonic irregularities fully endanger the further existence of the tunnel, tunnel, or the like. Accordingly, it has been common practice for a long time after a part of the gallery to be broken out, using wooden stamps and, more recently, steel tubbing. For some time now, so-called anchor technology has been used for securing tunnels in ever greater numbers. This fixing in the borehole can be done either with a hydraulic binder, but also with thermosetting binders or the like. After the anchor is securely fixed in the borehole, the screw nut is tightened so that a compressive stress is applied to the rock via the steel plate located between the rock and the screw nut, which in many cases provides a completely sufficient expansion of the tunnel gallery or the like.
The present invention has set itself the goal of providing a device for drilling in rock, in particular for mining work, which allows blast holes and anchor holes to be produced simultaneously without a large space requirement, even on a route with a width of approximately 5 m and a height of 4 m, the anchor holes are naturally made in the area which was previously created by the blasting and clearing work.
The device according to the invention for drilling in rock, ore or the like, for example for driving, tunnel construction and the like, with a mobile steered, in particular articulated, Trolley, lifting and lowering supports, which directly and / or indirectly has several, at least three drilling arms with, in particular, rotatable brackets, the drill arms of which can be pivoted, raised and lowered and, if appropriate, rotated and / or telescoped, and which have a drilling mount Carrying the rotary motor, in particular the rotary impact motor and the feed device, and at least one pressure medium, in particular hydraulic supply, consists essentially in that at least one drilling arm, which may have a shorter and / or telescopic mount than the other drilling arms, which is arranged between two others on the carriage is movable in the direction of advance, in particular directly or indirectly with its bracket along a displacement path, wherein the displacement path is preferably arranged substantially parallel to the sole. Due to the articulated vehicle, in particular, with supports that can be raised and lowered, the drilling carriage can be moved into the working position even under the tightest of space conditions, the supports providing precise positioning and alignment of the carriage.
From tunnel construction, a device for propelling blast holes is known which carries a plurality of drill arms, the laterally arranged drill arms being driven direction are telescopic. However, such a device is in no way suitable for solving the task, since such a device is too space-intensive and, furthermore, the drill holes required for anchoring cannot be carried out.
If, in addition to the drilling arm with bracket, which can be moved in the direction of advance, an adjacent, preferably two adjacent, further drilling arms can be moved in the driving direction, especially with a bracket, each being displaceable along a displacement path, the displacement path preferably being provided essentially parallel to the base, so that individual drill arms are brought into their respective positions without physical interference from the other drill arm. If, for example, the middle drilling arm is to perform a swiveling movement, the two laterally arranged drilling arms can be moved counter to the direction of advance, whereby a full swiveling movement of the drilling arm, which is usually used for anchoring, can be carried out, after which the drilling arms, which are used for the explosive holes serve again can be moved into the working position. Furthermore, the carriage can have a much shorter longitudinal extension for transport purposes only when the drilling arms are moved to the rear, which results in improved roughness.
If the drill arm, which can be moved between two, preferably movable, on the carriage in the direction of advance, can be moved closer to the extraction site in the direction of the site, anchor holes can also be driven into the rock in the immediate vicinity of the face, so that the tunnel is optimally secured.
Are at least three displacement tracks oriented in the direction of advance, preferably parallel to one another, along which brackets of the drilling arms can be displaced, on the carriage Arranged, the one of two adjacent, in particular central, displacement track extends further on site than the two neighboring ones, so there is a particularly good time combination for the execution of the drilling work for the blast holes and the drilling work for the anchor holes, furthermore a particularly good protection in the entire area of tunneling. A particularly high degree of mobility of the drilling arm, with which the anchor holes are to be made, is given when, in the case of a non-rotating bracket, the drilling arm arranged between two other carriages is articulated above the associated lifting and lowering cylinder, at least one adjacent, in particular both, adjacent Drilling arms are arranged below the assigned lifting and lowering cylinder. As a result, particularly easy alignment of the drilling arms for the blast holes can be achieved in parallel and near the sole to the sole when the manipulation space is restricted.
Particularly easy handling, replacing devices, tightening the working nuts, installing anchor mats and the like can be achieved if a working platform, in particular easily detachable, is arranged on the carriage in the direction of advance of the carriage.
A particularly simple and advantageous construction of the drilling arm for anchoring is obtained if the drilling arm, which is arranged to be movable between two other on the carriage in the direction of advance, has a shaft which is arranged essentially normal to the longitudinal direction of the drill boom and essentially parallel to the ground on which the mount holder is is attached directly or indirectly.

- Fig. 2 shows the drill truck of FIG. 1 in a view from above.
The carriage 1 has a
As can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. 1, the
The lowering of the raisable and lowerable supports will always be necessary if several drilling operations are carried out in one place in order to avoid any rubbing of the drill rods and the like due to changes in the position of the carriage in the rock.
