Die Unterkanten der in der Einbanddecke befindlichen losen Blätter werden auf diese Weise mit dem Kleber benetzt. Erst dann wurde die Einbanddecke in das Bindegerät gestellt und damit der Bindezyklus bzw. die Zeitschaltuhr gestartet. Gegenüber dem Bindegerät nach der DE-A 2 743 685 konnte damit die Bindezeit einer Vielzahl von hintereinander zu bindenden Einbanddecken erheblich herabgesetzt werden. Bei dem im Bürobereich häufigen intermittierenden Betrieb, bei dem das Bindegerät zwischen den Bindevorgängen abgeschaltet wird, war der Benutzer aber immer im unklaren, ob das Bindegerät zum Start eines neuen Bindezyklus noch heiß genug war oder nicht. Aus Sicherheitsgründen mußte somit die Bedienungsperson praktisch immer solange warten, wie dies beim Einschalten eines kalten Gerätes notwendig war. Tat er dies nicht, so ging er das Risiko einer unvollständigen Erwärmung des Schmelzklebers und damit einer fehlerhaften Einbindung der Papierblätter ein. Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zur Steuerung der Heizeinrichtung des Bindegerätes der eingangs genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß ein zuverlässiges Einbinden von Papierblättern in Einbanddecken bei geringstmöglichem Zeit- und Bedienungsaufwand erreicht wird.The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a device for controlling the heating device of the binding device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that reliable incorporation of paper sheets into cover covers is achieved with the least possible time and operating effort.

Erfindungsgemäß ist also ein Temperatursensor und eine elektronische Schaltung vorgesehen, die die Bedingung für die Einschaltung der Zeitschaltuhr vorgibt, und zwar im Unterschied zu allen vorbekannten Ausführungen nach dem tatsächlichen Temperaturzustand der Heizeinrichtung. Bei kaltem Bindegerät wird die Zeitschaltuhr erst dann eingeschaltet, wenn die bestimmte, erhöhte Temperatur erreicht ist. Da dies durch die Elektronik automatisch geschieht, kann die Bedienungsperson den Einbandrücken schon beim Einschalten der Heizeinrichtung einstellen und sich dann entfernen. Sie braucht nicht auf das Erreichen einer bestimmten Temperatur der Heizeinrichtung bzw. auf die Anzeige eines Bereitschaftssignals zu warten, kann sich also anderen Tätigkeiten widmen. Dasselbe gilt, wenn das Bindegerät zwischenzeitlich einmal abgeschaltet gewesen ist und sich dabei etwas unterhalb der bestimmten, erhöhten Temperatur abgekühlt hat. Je geringer diese Abkühlung unterhalb dieser Temperatur ist, desto geringer ist dann auch die Aufheizzeit. Der gesamte Zeitraum zwischen Einstellen der Einbanddecke und Ende des Bindezyklus ist somit auf ein Optimum verkürzt, ohne daß die Bedienungsperson mehr tun muß als die Heizeinrichtung einzuschalten und dann auf das Signal für die Beendigung des Bindezyklus achtzugeben. Hat sich das Gerät nach dem Abschalten noch nicht unterhalb der-bestimmten, erhöhten Temperatur abgekühlt, so wird die Zeitschaltuhr für den Bindezyklus sofort mit dem Einschalten der Heizeinrichtung gestartet, denn der Temperatursensor erfaßt ja schon beim Einschaltvorgang eine Temperatur, die auf oder oberhalb der bestimmten, erhöhten Temperatur liegt.According to the invention, a temperature sensor and an electronic circuit are therefore provided which specify the condition for switching on the timer, in contrast to all previously known designs according to the actual temperature state of the heating device. Nach der Erfindung soll aber auch hierfür eine Automatik dergestalt vorgesehen sein, daß ein Sensor zum Erfassen einer in das Bindegerät eingestellten Einbanddecke vorgesehen ist, der ebenfalls über eine elektronische Schaltung derart mit der Zeitschaltuhr verbunden ist, daß die Zeitschaltuhr bei eingestellter Einbanddecke automatisch eingeschaltet wird, wenn der Temperatursensor eine auf oder oberhalb der bestimmten, erhöhten Temperatur liegende Temperatur erfaßt. Das so ausgebildete Bindegerät arbeitet also, wenn die Heizeinrichtung einmal eingeschaltet ist, vollautomatisch. Dabei müssen für den Start der Zeitschaltuhr und damit des Bindezyklus erfindungsgemäß immer zwei Bedingungen erfüllt sein, nämlich daß die Temperatur der Heizeinrichtung sich auf oder oberhalb der bestimmten, erhöhten Temperatur befindet und daß eine Einbanddecke in das Bindegerät eingestellt ist. Sobald beide Bedingungen erfüllt sind, wird die Zeitschaltuhr durch die elektronische Schaltung automatisch gestartet. Hierdurch entstehen Zeitverluste, die im Bürobetrieb sehr lästig sein können. Es hat sich deshalb für die Anforderungen im Bürobetrieb als zweckmäßig erwiesen, daß die Zeitschaltuhr die Heizeinrichtung erst nach einer bestimmten Zeit abschaltet, die sich vom letzten Bindezyklus oder - falls keiner stattgefunden hat - vom Einschaltzeitpunkt der Heizeinrichtung berechnet. Diese bestimmte Zeit liegt zweckmäßigerweise zwischen einer und zehn Minuten, wobei sich eine Zeit von fünf Minuten als besonders geeignet herausgestellt hat. Nach Beendigung eines Bindezyklus wird also die Heizeinrichtung nicht abgeschaltet, sondern nur ein Signal abgegeben. Die Zeitschaltuhr läuft mit einem Zeitglied eine vorbestimmte Zeit weiter, bis die Heizeinrichtung abgeschaltet wird. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß in diesem Zeitraum nachfolgende Bindezyklen sofort - entweder von Hand oder durch Einstellen der Einbanddecke - eingeschaltet werden können, wodurch die Zeit, in der sich die Einbanddecke in dem Bindegerät befindet, kurz gehalten wird.
