- the holding strip 6 is provided with longer, downwardly projecting bristles or tufts of bristles 10 in the embodiment shown.
- These are designed like a kind of brush and also take on such a function. That is, when the nozzle housing 2 is loaded, this is always the case when working, simply because of the force applied when pushing, the longer bristles 10, which are also softer as a result, become on the bottom reason 11 bent into position 10 '. As a result, they no longer carry on their tips as a kind of support, but go to a side wall 12 and use the sweeping effect here as a kind of brush, so that dirt is swept out of the edge.

Abstract
It is a bristle strip for floor nozzles of vacuum cleaners, which holds bristles fastened in a holding strip and these bristles have different lengths in such a way that when the holding strip is inserted into a nozzle housing, longer and longer bristles are arranged in the region of corners or side parts protrude from the other bristles.
Description
The invention relates to a bristle strip for floor nozzles of vacuum cleaners, which consists of a holding strip and bristles fastened therein, and the holding strip is fastened in the nozzle housing.
Normal floor nozzles for vacuum cleaners consist of a plastic housing with a suction opening. This suction opening is surrounded by a bristle strip, which usually consists of a holding strip, in which bristles are attached. This retaining strip is then fastened in the nozzle housing in such a way that it adapts to the respective dimensions and shape. The bristle strip is necessary, on the one hand, to enable mechanical loosening of light dirt and, on the other hand, to support the nozzle housing against the substrate in such a way that the nozzle housing does not scratch on a hard floor surface and leaves traces. For this reason, the bristles of the bristle ring are very hard in order to be able to absorb the force exerted on the nozzle housing during suction.
Here it is disadvantageous that edges and edges and corners can only be reached with difficulty and freed from dirt with such floor nozzles.
The object of the invention is now to design the bristle strip in such a way that cleaning is also possible on edges and in corners without impairing the supporting function.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of claim 1. If longer bristles or bristle tufts are arranged, it is additionally possible to provide these bristles or bristle tufts with a lower rigidity than the other bristles.
The invention thus has the advantage that edges, edges and corners can also be cleaned well with the floor nozzle equipped with it, without influencing the supporting properties of the entire bristle strip.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is drawn and described below.
Es zeigt:
- Fig. 1 Eine Unteransicht einer Bodendüse mit Borstenstreifen,
- Fig. 2 eine Frontalansicht der Fig. 1.
- 1 is a bottom view of a floor nozzle with bristle strips,
- FIG. 2 is a frontal view of FIG. 1.
