Darüber hinaus soll die Sammellinse sicher festsitzen. Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung durch folgende Merkmale gelöst:

  • a) der ringförmige Teil des Gestells ist kreisförmig,

B. durch Abschneiden so nachgearbeitet sind, daß die Auflagepunkte 31 für die Sammellinse 2 in einer genau vertikal zur optischen Achse stehenden Ebene liegen. Das abgeschnittene freie Ende einer Zunge 30 ist in der Einzelheit X gestrichelt gezeichnet. Zwischen der von den Auflagepunkten der Zungen 30 gebildeten Ebene und dem Ringende 10 mit dem kleineren Durchmesser d sind zwischen den Zungen 30 radial nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge 33 in den Ring 12 eingebracht. Die Vorsprünge 33 bilden aus dem Ring 12 freigeschnittene Streifen, deren Längsrichtung senkrecht zur optischen Achse verläuft und die durch einen Druck von auß en einen bogenförmigen Verlauf erhalten. Die zueinandergerichteten Flächen 34 der Streifen 33 dienen zur Vorzentrierung der Sammellinse 2. Damit die Sammellinse 2 in dem Ring 12 festsetzbar ist, ist zwischen der Sammellinse 2 und dem den Ring 12 nach innen verjüngenden Teil 11 von vorn ein Sprengring 15 unter Vorspannung eingesetzt. Der Sprengring 15 preßt sich in einen von der Sammellinse 2 und dem Ring 12 gebildeten Spalt,ohne am Grund des Spaltes aufzuliegen. An der Sammellinse 2 liegt der Sprengring 15 an der vorderen äußeren umlaufenden und einen Radius aufweisenden Kante 35 unter Vorspannung an. Hierbei sind die auf die Kante 35 der Sammellinse 2 wirkenden Kräfte auf einen gemeinsamen Punkt auf der optischen Achse gerichtet.The ring-shaped part 12 of the frame 9 is circular and tapers in its inner diameter in the part 11 of its height in the light exit direction. Claims (7)

1. Abgeblendeter Fahrzeugscheinwerfer mit einem ellipsoidförmigen Reflektor, mit einer im ersten Brennort des Reflektors angeordneten Lichtquelle, mit einer im Strahlengang hinter dem zweiten Brennort eingesetzten und von einem ringförmigen Teil eines mit dem Reflektor verbundenen Gestells getragenen Sammellinse und mit einer im Strahlengang vor der Sammellinse und im Brennort der Sammellinse angeordneten Blende, deren obere im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Kante die Hell/Dunkel-Grenze erzeugt, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale: a) der ringförmige Teil (12) des Gestells (9) ist kreisförmig, b) über zumindest einen Teil (11) seiner Höhe verjüngt sich der Ring (12) in Lichtaustrittsrichtung gesehen in seinem Innendurchmesser, c) der kleinere Innendurchmesser (d) des ringförmigen Teils (12) entspricht dem Außendurchmesser der Linse (2), d) der Ring (12) weist auf dem Umfang verteilte radial nach innen vorspringende Ansätze (30) auf, e) die radial vorspringenden Ansätze (30) dienen als Auflagepunkte für die von dem kleinen Innendurchmesser (d) her eingesetzte Linse (2), f) zwischen der Linse (2) und dem sich nach innen verjüngenden Ring (12) ist unter Vorspannung ein Sprengring (15) eingesetzt, g) der Sprengring (15) preßt sich in einen von der Linse (2) und dem Ring (12) gebildeten Spalt, ohne am Grund des Spaltes aufzuliegen und preßt die Linse (2) gegen die Auflagepunkte (31). 1.Dimmed vehicle headlight with an ellipsoidal reflector, with a light source arranged in the first focal point of the reflector, with a collecting lens inserted in the beam path behind the second focal point and carried by an annular part of a frame connected to the reflector, and with one in the beam path in front of the collecting lens and Aperture arranged in the focal point of the converging lens, the upper, essentially horizontal edge of which forms the light / dark boundary, characterized by the following features: a) the annular part (12) of the frame (9) is circular, b) the ring (12) tapers over at least a part (11) of its height, seen in the light exit direction, in its inner diameter, c) the smaller inside diameter (d) of the annular part (12) corresponds to the outside diameter of the lens (2), d) the ring (12) has radially inwardly projecting projections (30) distributed over the circumference, e) the radially projecting lugs (30) serve as support points for the lens (2) used from the small inside diameter (d), f) a snap ring (15) is inserted between the lens (2) and the inwardly tapering ring (12), g) the snap ring (15) presses into a gap formed by the lens (2) and the ring (12) without resting on the bottom of the gap and presses the lens (2) against the support points (31). 2.
