Claims (12)

1. Beschlag für ein Fenster, eine Fenstertür od. dgl., mit einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1), die eine Fehlbetätigung des Beschlages während des Öffnens des Flügles (2) des Fenster, der Fenstertür od. dgl. verhindert, wobei der Beschlag zumindest eine Treibstange (5) aufweist, die unter einer Deckplatte (7) gleitet, welche in der Falzfläche angeordnet und an zumindest einem der Längsholme und/oder Querholme des Flügels (2) fixiert ist, wobei die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1) ein Blockierelement (13) mit elastischer Vorspannung aufweist, das sich in der Querrichtung bewegt, um die Treibstange (5) zu blockieren, und dessen Kopf (112) über die Außenseite (15) der Deckplatte (7) vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1) eine Entriegelungsklappe (14) aufweist, die über die Außenseite (15) der Deckplatte (7) vorsteht und auf einer Achse (76) angelenkt ist, welche auf der Seite des Stockrahmens (10) liegt, wobei die Entriegelungsklappe (14) parallel zur Mittelebene (34) der Deckplatte (7) mittels eines elastischen Elementes (81) in Anlage am Kopf (64) des Blockierelementes (13) gehalten ist.
2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungsklappe (14) eine Dicke hat, die geringfügig kleiner als das Spiel zwischen der Falzfläche (3) des Flügles (2) und der Falzfläche (9) des Stockrahmens (10) ist.
3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1) einen Kompaktaufbau (11) aufweist, der aus einem inneren Teil (111), welcher ein Gehäuse (12) bildet, und einem äußeren Teil (112) zusammengesetzt ist, welcher die Entriegelungsklappe (14) bildet.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Teil (111) der Sicherheitsvorrichtung (1), weicher vom Gehäuse (12) gebildet ist, das Blockierelement (13) enthält und in einer Nut (4) angeordnet ist, welche in der Falzfläche (3) des Flügels (2) für die Translationsbewegung der Treibstange (5) ausgebildet ist.
5. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierelemnt (13) Mittel (61, 62, 63) zum Einstellen seiner wirksamen Länge aufweist.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiermittel der Treibstange (5) durch einen rechteckigen Körper (58) gebildet sind, welcher mit dem Blockierelement (13) verbunden ist und mit Schultern (27, 28, 29, 30) des Einganges einer Schließkappe (25) zusammenwirkt, der im Körper (5) der Treibstange ausgebildet ist.

Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellmittel (61, 62, 63) der Entriegelungsklappe (14) in einem zylindrischen Ansatz (60), welcher auf dem rechteckigen Körper (58) des Blockierelements (13) sitzt, eine Gewindebohrung (61) aufweisen, in welche der Gewindeansatz (62) einer Schraube (63) eingeschraubt ist, deren Kopf (64) mit der Entriegelungsklappe (14) zusammenwirkt.

Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Teii (112), welcher die Entriegelungsklappe (14) bildet, einen beweglichen Klappenteil (75) aufweist, der um eine Schwenkachse (76) schwenkbar ist, welche mit einem Träger (70) verbunden ist, der an der Außenseite (15) der Deckplatte (7) anliegt.
9. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das elastische Element (81) mit dem Träger (70) verbunden ist.
10. Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jene Seite (91) des Trägers (70), die an der Außenseite (15) der Deckplatte (7) anliegt, Montagemittel aufweist.
11. Beschlag nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montagemittel zwei Befestigungsnasen (92, 93) aufweisen, welche nacheinander Öffnungen (32, 33) der Deckplatte (7), die Treibstange (5) und die Öffnungen (54, 55) des Körpers (40) des Gehäuses (12) durchsetzen und mit Rastmitteln (94, 95, 96, 97) versehen sind.
12. Beschlag nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastmittel des Gehäuses (12) und der Entriegelungsklappe (14) durch ein elastischen Befestigungselement (45) gebildet sind, welche die Form eines "U" hat, dessen Schenkel (96, 97) mit Rastnuten (94, 95) im Träger (70) der Entriegelungsklappe (14) zusammenwirken.
