Der Schieber 28 ist im Bereich der Durchdringung 33 mit einer Abwinklung 42 versehen, wobei an der Achse 40 ein Kurvenfolger 43 angeordnet ist, wie sich dies insbesondere aus FIG. 4 ergibt. Die Teile 33, 42, 43 zusammen bilden die zweite Kurvenführung, die dem Vor- und Zurückverschieben des Schneidrades 11 dient. Wenn der Schieber 28 beispielsweise in FIG. 4 von links nach rechts verschoben wird, dann folgt die Achse 40 über den Kurvenfolger 43 und die Abwinklung 42 in dem Schieber 28 dieser Bewegung, so daß das Schneidrad 11 aus einer zurückgezogenen, unwirksamen Stellung in eine vorgeschobene, wirksame Stellung verschoben wird. Hier sei vermerkt, daß, wie aus der FIG. 4 ersichtlich, der Kurvenfolger 43 nicht an der Kurvenführung 33 des Schiebers 28 anliegt, sondern federnd durch die Feder 41, die mit dem Hebel 39 verbunden ist, an die Gegenschneide 20 angedrückt wird. Wird dagegen der Schieber 28 in FIG. 4 von rechts nach links verschoben, dann bewirkt die Kurvenführung 33 des Schiebers 28 mit ihrer Abwinklung 42 und dem Kurvenfolger 43 an der Achse 40 ein Zurückziehen des Schneidrades 11, so daß dieses außer Wirklage mit der Gegenschneide 20 geschoben wird. Die Kurvenführung 33 mit der Abwinklung 42 hat also die Funktion, das Schneidrad 11 vor und zurück zu verschieben, während die Kurvenführung 34 die Funktion hat, das Schneidrad 11 zu heben und zu senken. Eine Feder 47 beeinflußt den Steuerhebel 44 in FIG. 5 im Gegenuhrzeigersinne. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, daß die Durchdringung 35 im Schieber 28 von der Welle 46 lediglich durchdrungen wird, wobei aber keinerlei Steuerungsfunktion auf den Hebel 44 ausgeübt wird. Die Steuerungsfunktion wird vielmehr von der Kurvenführung 36 ausgeübt, die dafür sorgt, daß der Steuerhebel 44 einen Waagehebel 48 aus einer unwirksamen Stellung, beispielsweise gemäß FIG. 2, in eine wirksame Stellung gemäß FIG. 3 verschwenken kann. Der Waagehebel 48 ist auf einem Bolzen 49 an dem Steuerhebel 44 schwenkbar gelagert und trägt je zwei vordere und hintere Halterollen 50, 51, 52 und 53. Es ist darauf hinzuweisen, daß die Achse 38 des Schneidrades 11 koaxial ist mit dem Lagerbolzen 49 des Waagehebels 48. Dadurch bedingt sind die beiden Halterollen 50, 51 einerseits der Schneidlage, die beiden Halterollen 52 und 53 andererseits der Schneidlage der Schneidrolle 11 angeordnet. Durch die von dem Schneidrad unabhängige Ansteuerung der Halterollen 50 bis 53 über den Schieber 28 und die Kurvenführung 36 wird sichergestellt, daß beide Elemente unabhängig voneinander elastisch auf dem Schneidbalken bzw. auf der Druckunterlage 8 aufliegen können. Gleichzeitig wird erreicht, daß die Formularbahnen 9 bereits vor Beginn und noch nach Beendigung des Schneidvorganges von den beiden Halterollen 50, 51 bzw. 52, 53 gehalten werden. Um die Auflage der beiden Halterollen 50, 51 einerseits und 52, 53 andererseits zu verbessern, sind die inneren Rollen 51, 52 mit einer elastischeren Auflage versehen als die äußeren Rollen 50, 53. Auf diese Art und Weise wird sichergestellt, daß am Beginn und am Ende des Schneidvorganges, also des Zusammenwirkens zwischen dem Schneidrad 11 und der Gegenschneide 20 keine Verschiebung der Formularbahnen erfolgen kann, so daß immer ein sauberer, rechteckig zu den Begrenzungskanten erfolgender Schnitt gewährleistet ist.The control device, consisting of the slide 28, not only controls the lifting and lowering and moving back and forth of the cutting wheel 11 into and out of the cutting position, but also controls a holding device 37, which has the function of the form webs 9 in front and to keep behind the cutting wheel 11 and which is controlled independently of the cutting wheel 11.
