Abstract

Procédé de préparation de liposomes, consistant à pulvériser des micro-gouttelettes d'une composition comprenant un phospholipide sensiblement pur dans un véhicule liquide volatil, de sorte que les micro-gouttelettes entrent en collision avec une surface aqueuse soit par le haut soit par le bas, formant ainsi des liposomes au niveau de ladite surface. Les compositions peuvent comprendre des molécules de médicaments dissous, qui sont emprisonnées lors de la formation des liposomes. L'emprisonnement ainsi obtenu des molécules de médicaments en assure la libération entretenue.
