Description

A FABRICATED TOY BLOCK
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an improvement of a favricated toy block, more particularly to an improved fab- ricated toy block for use in the diverse kinds of toys in w- hich the known block unit is integrally formed with the com¬ bined protruding bars and the combined grooves in its lengt¬ hwise direction against the corresponding portions which are angularly and circumferentially shaped and at the same time, the respective partunit is provided with the same groove and the protruding portions as the above-mentioned and a connec¬ ting unit is formed with the combined protruding portions on both sides so that the desired toys of the various type can be made by means of a fabricated block unit in accordance w- ith the invention. Background Art
This invention relates to a fabricated toy block. A prior art fabricated toys are so diversified that they are hardly adapted and so far as toy blocks which are the same as those of the present invention are concerned, as seen in Fig 1 a block unit is provided with four combined protruding bars in the lengthwise direction of the main block and inte¬ grated with the combined groove for receiving the correspon¬ ding combined protruding bars. The desired toys (airplane,a- utomobile and the like) can be formed by the above-mention¬ ed fabricated block unit.
However, in case of erecting the desired toys by using a p- rior are block unit, it is not only possible to be fabrica¬ ted which is the nearest one to the real thing, but also c- rude and an awkware-looking, since a prior art block units can be fabricated by utilizing only the combined protruding bars and the combined grooves.
By way of example, as seen Figs, although the block units are easy tobbe fabricated in its lengthwise direction, when they are superimposed together with, the second and th¬ ird block units, are assembled to the combined grooves and additionally the fourth block unit assembled there to so t- hat its fabricated condition can be maintained. As a result, the organic assembling of the block units can not be easily attained.
Therefore, even after the completion of the toys by u- sing a prior art block units, its shapes are not the ones which are the closent to the heal thing but crude. In addi¬ tion, it takes time to fabricate toys and children who han¬ dle toys are apt to feel boring. In the erections by very soon. This invention has thus been made by improving these points above-mentioned. Disclosure of the Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a ver- ical and horizontal structure which can be flexibly expanded with a relative small number of the base block units in acc¬ ordance with the invention. An another object of the present invention is to provi¬ de the desired numbers for fabricating toys with a small nu¬ mber of the base block unit, together with the diversified shapes which are the nearest to the real thinq in accordance with the invention. A further obiect of the present invention is to utilize the decorating members suitable for the desired completed t- oys in accordance with the invention.
A still further object of the present invention is to improve the interchangiability of each block unit and easily develop the diversified model from the base block unit in accordance with the invention.
The present invention is descriped in detail below with respect to a preferred embodiment and modification there of shown in the accompanying drowings. Fig 1 shown as example illustrating an airplane model by utilizing a fabricated block unit in accordance with the invention the fundamental unit of the present invention is shown in Fig 4,6,7,8 in the drawings, the shapt of the ai¬ rplane in Fig 1 is being fabricated. As to the base unit of the invention, the block unit of the invention, the block unit of Fig 4 is provided with the protruding bars (1-1) and the corresponding grooves (1-2) and this construction is the same as the prior art block un¬ it(B) so that peripheral wall(la) of groove (la-1) in lingthw- ise direction of the block unit which is provided with the combined protruding bars (1-1) and the combined groove (1-2) . The combined groove (la-1) is optionally and selectively ada¬ pted by one or four, and the construction of the combined g- roove(la-l) is comprised of the combined groove (la-2) and the fitting portion(la-3) which is wider than the combined gro¬ ove. And the shape of the fitting portion(la-3) can be made in angular type other than circular. Furthermore, the mem¬ ber unit can be diversified, but the connecting unit (2) is formed with the same combined protruding portio (2-1) as the shape of the combined groove(la-1) in the block unit an both sides and this member unit comprises an engaged portion (2- la) and a connecting plate(2-2a) . Fig 5,6 and 7 show a wi- ng(3) , a vertical rudder(4) and a wheel(5) as a part - unit and these part-unit is also formed with the combined protru¬ ding portions (3-1) , (4-1) , (5-1) comprising an engaging porti- on and a connecting plate. and so that, can be a make - up to any another all toys if its a with possessing every formd of units (U) or combined protruding porting (3. . . ) . Brief Description of the Drawings Fig 1 Is a perspective view illustrating an airplane toy m- odel in accordance with the invention;
