Description

The invention relates to a hook screw for slidably connecting resilient pit expansion frames made of channel profiles, consisting of screw shank and hook head overlapping the flange of the channel profile with molded stiffening. Such hook-head screws are used to clamp a sliding connection for pit frames made of channel profiles. A large contact surface of the hook head on the flanges of the channel profiles is essential in the design of such hook head screws. This ensures that the hook-head screw will not tip over when the profiles are moved into each other. The known hook-head screws have to absorb high bending moments resulting from the construction and stress in the transition from the hook head to the shaft, so that this area in particular has to be made very strong.

According to DE-OS 30 39 937 it is known to arrange a molded-in stiffening rib in the transition area between the profile-facing and the profile-facing side of the hook head. However, this hook-head screw essentially serves to connect support straps on which a wide variety of loads can be suspended with the channel profile. These hook-head screws are not easily used for the connection joints of the overlapping, interlocking channel profiles. The hook head screw described here is at risk when the channel profiles are shifted against each other and thus also against the stretch wall in such a way that rock protruding from the wall can easily settle behind the rib. This holds the hook-head screw in place, which prevents proper insertion of the channel profiles during use.

Therefore, the invention has for its object to provide a hook head screw of the type mentioned, which ensures that a displacement on the track wall is not prevented by the stiffening.

This object is achieved in that the stiffening consists of two reinforcing ribs arranged on the side of the hook head facing away from the profile and extending from the center of the hook head at an angle to the edge of the hook head facing away from the profile.

In order to achieve a further advantageous reinforcement of the endangered area, the reinforcing ribs extend axially beyond a part of the screw shaft beyond the edge of the hook head. The angle expediently includes at least 45 °.

The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that reinforcement ribs can be arranged at the endangered area of hook-head screws for flexible pit expansion by the inventive design, without hindering the displacement of the screws against the track wall. This type of training makes it possible to use less material with the same load, which not only enables more economical production, but also improves handling underground.

  • Fig. 1 eine Hakenkopfschraube in Ansicht,
  • Fig. 2 die Hakenkopfschraube nach Fig. 1 in Draufsicht.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it:
  • 1 is a hook head screw in view,
