Claims (7)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un objet en coque ou tubulaire à incorporer dans une pièce résistant à la chaleur et à la corrosion de moteur à combustion, ledit objet étant fabriqué par projection à chaud d'une première couche (2) d'un matériau du type alliage métallique résistant aux hautes températures sur un corps de noyau (1), à dimensions extérieures correspondant aux dimensions intérieures de l'objet fini, caractérisé en ce qu'après avoir constitué la première couche dense (2) par projection à chaud d'un matériau du type alliage métallique résistant aux hautes températures et à la corrosion sur ledit corps de noyau (1), on élimine le corps de noyau (1) de façon à laisser subsister une coque ou un tube auto-portant, et l'on forme au moins une couche additionnelle (3) par projection à chaud d'un alliage métallique résistant à, la chaleur sur la surface extérieure de ladite coque ou dudit tube auto-portant (2), une telle couche additionnelle (3) étant appliquée sur une plus grande épaisseur que ladite première couche (2) et la projection à chaud étant réglée en sorte que ladite couche additionnelle (3) contienne davantage d'oxydes et/ou de pores que la première couche (2) et serve de barrage thermique dans l'objet fini (2, 3).
2. Procédé selon ia revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de noyau (1) est en sable de moulage.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau utilisé lors de la projection de ladite première couche (2) est composé de 1 à 12% d'AI, 10 à 30% de Cr, éventuellement de petites quantités d'un ou plusieurs éléments du groupe Si, Mn, Co, Y, Hf, éventuellement de faibles quantités d'oxydes et de nitrures et pour le reste de Fe.
4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise le même matériau lors de la projection de ladite première couche (2) et de la ou de chaque susdite couche additionnelle (3).
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque susdite couche additionnelle comporte une seconde couche et une troisième couche, ladite seconde ou troisième couche étant sensiblement plus mince que les deux autres couches et servant de couche adhésive ou de barrage à la diffusion.
6. Objet en coque ou tubulaire, pouvant être obtenu par le procédé défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, à incorporer dans une pièce de moteur à combustion, ledit objet comportant au moins deux couches (2, 3) d'un matériau du type alliage métallique résistant aux hautes températures, caractérisé en ce que la première couche dense (2) projetée à chaud a une épaisseur de 0,5 à 1,5 mm et que les pores de la première couche (2) sont des pores fermés, tandis que les teneurs totales en pores et en oxydes d'une troisième couche additionnelle (3) dépasse 10 %, ladite troisième couche additionnelle (3) servant de barrage thermique.
7. Objet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une seconde ou troisième couche (3) a une épaisseur supérieure à 1 mm, de préférence d'environ 2,5 mm.
