Bei Geschirrspülmaschinen wird zum Reinigen des Geschirrs im allgemeinen ein Einlaugenverfahren verwendet, d.h. das eigentliche Reinigungsmittel wird aus einer Dosierkammer durch Auslösen einer Betätigungsklappe oder dergl. nach Abschluß eines Vorspülganges, der meist ohne Reinigungsmittel erfolgt, zu Beginn des Aufheizvorganges dem Spülbehälter zugeführt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß einerseits das Vorspülmittel richtig dosiert ist und andererseits weitgehend gewährleistet ist, daß das Reinigungsmittel seinem eigentlichen Zweck ohne größere Verluste zugeführt wird. Vorteilhaft ist es, die Auslauföffnung etwa parallel zur Verschlußebene der Kammer anzuordnen, weil dadurch in der Betriebsstellung der Beschickungstüre das Reinigungsmittel entlang der Beschickungstüre zum Boden des Spülbehälters rieselt und damit wenig Reinigungsmittel in den eigentlichen Sumpf gelangt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, die Auslauföffnung in Teile der Klappe einzuarbeiten, weil damit die Vorrichtung selbst alle notwendigen Elemente für ein Zweilaugenverfahren aufnimmt, so daß auf Veränderungen z.B. an der Innenwandung der Behältertüre verzichtet werden kann. Die Verschlußklappe ist zweckmäßig so gestaltet, daß sie die zweite Kammer mit ihrer Innenseite dicht abschließt, so daß während eines Vorspülganges das meist pulverförmige Reinigungsmittel für den Hauptspülgang nicht benetzt wird.This ensures that, on the one hand, the pre-rinse agent is dosed correctly and, on the other hand, it is largely ensured that the detergent is used for its actual purpose without major losses. Dosierkammern sind meist in der Tiefe der Beschickungstüre von Spülern an deren Innenseite befestigt. Die Dosierkammer besteht aus einem Unterteil 1, in das Kammern 2 und 3 eingeformt sind. Mit dem Unterteil 1 ist über Scharnierböcke 4 ein Klappdeckel 5 verbunden, der durch eine nicht gezeichnete Feder in der Offenstellung gehalten wird. Der Deckel 5 trägt an seiner Innenseite einen Dichtrahmen 6, der mit dem Rand der Kammer 2 übereinstimmt und im geschlossenen Zustand diese abdichtet. In den Deckel 5 ist ferner eine Ausnehmung 7 eingearbeitet, durch die hindurch ein Riegel 8 mit Teilen des Deckels 5 so in Eingriff kommt, daß der Deckel entgegen der Kraft der nicht gezeichneten Feder in der aus Fig. 2 ersichtlichen Verschlußstellung gehalten wird. Der Riegel 8 kann durch geeignete Steuerelemente, wie Zugmagnete oder Bimetallstreifen, ausgelöst werden, so daß die Feder den Deckel 5 in eine Offenstellung bringt. In den Deckel 5 ist ferner eine Öffnung 9 eingearbeitet, die der Kammer 3 zugeordnet ist und durch die das in die Kammer 3 eingefüllte Reinigungsmittel dann auslaufen kann, wenn die Dosierkammer mit der Beschickungstüre in die Betriebslage gebracht wird, wobei der Deckel 5 etwa senkrecht und damit parallel zur Innenfläche der Beschickungstüre zu liegen kommt.Dosing chambers are usually attached to the inside of the loading door of dishwashers. Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Reinigungsmitteln bei Geschirrspülern unter Verwendung einer vorzugsweise an der Innenseite einer klappbaren Beschickungstüre angeordneten Dosierkammer, die durch eine Klappe mit steuerbarem Auslösemechanismus abschließbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosierkammer zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und daß die eine Kammer mit einer in der Betriebsstellung bei geschlossener Klappe wirksamen Auslauföffnung versehen ist.
