Abstract

Der Gas-Gebläsebrenner besteht dabei aus einem Luft-Gas-Mischrohr mit Gebläseluftzufuhröffnung und einem Gaszuleitungsrohr mit Elementen zur Gasquerverteilung über den Mischrohrquerschnitt. Um das gebildete Gas-­ Luftgemisch in Form einer Flächenflamme und bei verbes­ serten NOX-Werten unmittelbar hinter der Öffnung des Mischrohres ausbrennen zu lassen, auf eine wärmeisolierte Brennkammerverschlußtür verzichtet und die Brennkammer extrem kurz anlegen zu können, ist der Heizkessel derart ausgebildet, daß das Mischrohr (1) in seiner Querschnitts­ größe angenähert der Querschnittsgröße der Brennkammer (2) entspricht und die brennkammerseitige Öffnung (3) des Mischrohres (1) mit einer das Gas-Luftgemisch durchlassen­ den Brennerfläche (4) abgedeckt. Außen sind am Mischrohr (2) Kesselvorderwand-anschlußelemente (5) angeordnet.
