Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un appareil de musculation, et plus particulièrement un tel appareil comprenant une barre d'exercice mobile par rapport à un bâti.
- On connaît essentiellement dans l'état de la technique un type de charpente en forme de parallélogramme, fixée solidement sur un socle, dans le plan duquel, une barre d'exercice peut se déplacer. A cette barre est rattachée, par des moyens appropriés, (chaînes, câbles) la masse correspondant à l'exercice.
- Les inconvénients de ces dispositifs sont connus, en particulier :
- - l'obligation d'une structure rigide et solide, susceptible d'encaisser la valeur des différents efforts lors des mouvements de l'athlète,
- - l'obligation pour l'athlète de confondre le plan de travail de son corps avec le plan de déplacement de la barre (vertical). C'est au corps humain de s'adapter aux contraintes de la mécanique.
- - Difficulté d'adapter une motorisation apportant souplesse et programmation à ce genre d'appareillage.
- Ces inconvénients ont pour conséquence de limiter l'utilisation de ce type de matériel lors de l'entraînement des athlètes ou de la rééducation des patients.
- La présente invention vise à palier ces inconvénients.
- A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un appareil de musculation comprenant une barre d'exercice (13) mobile par rapport à un bâti (1) caractérisé en ce que ledit bâti comporte une structure librement oscillante (3) autour d'un axe de rotation (2), structure sur laquelle ladite barre est montée coulissante.
- Cette charpente mobile sert de plan de référence, au déplacement de la barre de manoeuvre ; à cette barre sont rattachés, à une ou aux deux extrémités, les organes d'entraînement, constitués soit d'une masse réelle soit d'une masse simulée équivalente constituée par la tension de vérins, de ressorts ou par le fonctionnement d'un moteur réversible dans les quatre quadrants du plan vitesse-couple.
- La liberté de la rotation de la charpente par rapport à l'axe permet à l'opérateur de déterminer son plan de travail selon sa morphologie et ses préférences.
- Le déplacement de la barre d'exercice à l'intérieur du plan de référence constitué par l'ensemble de la charpente permet le renvoi des charges dans un ou deux plans parallèles, perpendiculaires à l'axe de transmission, (constance du moment des forces), que les charges soient réelles (masses constituées par des disques de fonte) ou simulées (charges constituées par des couples de moteur, des ressorts ou des vérins hydrauliques).
- L'invention vise également l'entraînement de l'axe de rotation par la barre d'entraînement au moyen desdits organes (chaînes, câbles ou tiges articulées) par le biais de roues dentées ou de poulies à gorge, fixées rigidement sur l'arbre de rotation.
- Un dispositif préféré de l'invention comprend un moteur électrique, par exemple à double sortie d'arbre, coaxial à l'axe de rotation, sur lequel on peut programmer des lois de courant.
- On décrira maintenant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, deux modes de réalisation particuliers de l'invention, en référence aux dessins schématiques annexés dans lesquels :
- - la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un premier mode de réalisation,
- - les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues en perspective, à plus grande échelle, de détails du mode de réalisation de la figure 1, et
- - la figure 4 illustre un deuxième mode de réalisation.
- Dans le mode de réalisation des figures 1 à 3, le dispositif se compose d'une plate-forme horizontale formant socle (1), et d'un arbre de transmission horizontal mobile (2) reposant sur des paliers (16).
- Cet arbre (2) supporte tous les éléments de la charpente mobile, soit essentiellement deux montants (3) avec glissière centrale (3'), positionnés longitudinalement sur l'axe (2) et mobiles angulairement par rapport à celui-ci et, de part et d'autre de ces deux montants, deux roues dentées (4) pour la transmission du mouvement, fixées rigidement sur l'axe.
- Une extrémité de l'arbre de transmission (2) comporte une autre roue dentée ou poulie à courroie crantée (5), raccordée par une chaine ou courroie (6) à une roue dentée ou autre poulie crantée (7), clavetée sur l'arbre d'un moteur électrique (8).
- Les deux montants (3) sont reliés à la partie supérieure par une liaison mécanique (9) solidarisant les deux montants (3).
- Aux deux extrémités de l'arbre (9) se trouvent deux roues dentées ou poulies à gorge (10) de même type que (4), montées folles sur l'axe et situées dans le même plan vertical que la poulie (4), perpendiculaires aux deux arbres (2) et (9).
- Les roues dentées (4) et (10) sont reliées entre elles par des moyens de transmission appropriés (chaines, courroies crantées, câbles, ...), le brin avant des deux chaînes de transmission étant solidement tenu aux deux extrémités de la barre d'exercice (12).
- Cette barre d'exercice (12) est constituée de deux barres coaxiales :
- - une barre interne (12) passe dans les glissières (3') des montants verticaux (3), les extrémités hautes et basses de ces glissières servant d'arrêtoirs et assurant une protection mécanique efficace en cas de chute de la barre ; cette barre (12) est fixée sur les chaînes de transmission (11),
- - une barre extérieure (13), celle que tient l'athlète, peut tourner librement sur la barre intérieure (12), permettant un excellent positionnement. Cette barre, guidée latéralement par les deux montants (3) évite les déplacements latéraux.
- Deux dispositifs annexes (14) fixés sur le socle (1) reçoivent des vérins hydrauliques ou des ressorts (15), dont leur rôle est de ramener et de maintenir, à l'arrêt, la charpente dans un plan perpendiculaire au socle.
- La figure 2 montre le détail des fixations de l'arbre de transmission (2) sur les paliers (16), eux-mêmes fixés sur des cornières (17), ainsi que le détail du montage des montants (3), et des roues dentées (4) et (5) sur l'arbre de transmission (2).
- La figure 3 montre la disposition des poulies ou roues dentées de transmission du mouvement (5) et (7), côté raccordement mécanique avec le moteur (8).
- Cette disposition a l'avantage compte-tenu des caractéristiques des moteurs de permettre la réalisation d'un réducteur par le choix de poulies (5) et (7) de diamètres appropriés.
- Un autre mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention,illustré à la figure 4, consiste dans le choix d'un moteur (20) à double sortie d'arbre, constitué par l'axe (2) lui-même.
- L'ensemble mécanique décrit dans la présente invention constitue une charpente mobile autour d'un axe de transmission raccordé mécaniquement à un moteur électrique servant de charge.
- Le système permet de travailler dans un plan variable et de ramener les efforts exercés sur la barre (12) vers le bas et perpendiculairement à l'arbre de transmission (2).
- Le guidage de la barre externe (13) sur les montants (3) supprime les déplacements latéraux.
- La charpente mobile permet simultanément le déplacement de la barre maintenue horizontale par le système de transmission et le suivi du mouvement exécuté, par son déplacement angulaire.
- Le dispositif de l'invention est particulièrement adapté à la réalisation de matériels de musculation, de rééducation ou d'appareillages médicaux utilisés en mesureur d'efforts.
