Description

The invention relates to a tablet dispenser for dispensing tablets individually, according to the first part of claim 1 (known from DE-A-3244951). The dosing process is triggered by pressing on the upper surface of the container part, the lowest tablet in the shaft being released and the second being held in place by appropriate shaping of the functional part and the lower region of the outer part. The return to the basic position is carried out by a spring molded onto the functional part. In order to loosen up the tablet mass in the container and to transport it into the collecting shaft, a wall and a bridge protrude into the container space during the dispensing process.

There are already several versions of tablet dispensers that are actuated by pressing on the container lid. A tablet dispenser of this type is P 29 25 432.8 with the addition P 30 18 041.7. In this embodiment, the tablets roll over a slightly sloping surface to the diarrhea opening and fall out of the container to the side. Disadvantages of this embodiment are that when the container is inclined against the direction of failure, no tablets roll up and fragments of tablets can cause considerable disturbances. The designs according to GB 213 636 A, P 3101 184.5, P 30 14806 and G 81 38136.0 have the same and further disadvantages. The version according to P 25 38 904.2-27 represents a variant in which the dispenser is not actuated from above, but from the side by pressing on a slide part. P 3213 487.8 and P 29 22 350.5 represent a similar principle, which is more complex, whereby the tablet dispenser already consists of two container parts that are pressed against each other to release a tablet. The resetting takes place either by a molded spring, the entire container part then having to be made of an expensive material due to the spring property, or by a metal spring, which also makes the design more expensive. The solutions according to P 28 50 958.2-27 and G 8032254.9 are special solutions for very flat pocket boxes. The oldest and still one of the most used versions is the Swiss Pat. 580011 ddr, consisting of outer part, inner container, mushroom-shaped functional part and a metal spring, where the functional part rotates with several resilient elements when the dispenser is actuated. This part must be made from a very expensive material very precisely to ensure the function. The efficiency is very good, but the execution is very expensive. With this version, the function is guaranteed even in an inclined position and fragments do not cause any malfunctions.

The invention has for its object to find a cheaper solution with exactly the same outer shape as the version according to P 58001 (Switzerland) similarly good efficiency, function even in all inclined positions without disturbing fragments.

According to the invention this is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. The bottom of the inner container is thus separated and forms the functional part, which means that a lid is not necessary since the container part can be filled and the outer part can be put over it with the functional part. The functional part contains the elements required for the separation and the return spring. also three sides of the collecting shaft.

In the interior of the outer container, the second flat side of the Sanmelschachtes is formed as a standing wall, the upper edge of which is in the rest position at the same height as the bottom surface, so that the tablets can slide over it and get into the shaft. A bridge is formed on this wall in the vertical area of the collecting shaft, which forms a narrow side here. Since the inner container with the functional part lowers when actuated, the standing wall protrudes into the interior and the wall web protrudes into the collecting shaft, thereby loosening and conveying further tablets downwards. The side web protruding into the interior of the collecting shaft also prevents the vertical shaft from being blocked by two tablets, which is particularly important because the collecting shaft runs upwards on both sides so that tablets can roll in all inclined positions. The invention is illustrated, for example, in
  • Fig. 1 as a section along line AA in the basic position

  • Fig. 4 as a section along line DD in dispenser position

The tablet dispenser for the individual dosage of tablets consists of a movable container part 1, an outer part 2, which can be any round, oval or angular, and a functional part 3, which forms the bottom 6 of the container part 1. The filling content consists of tablets 4, which can be disk-shaped or lenticular, or spherical.

The tablets are dispensed individually by pressing on the upper surface 7 of the container part 1 up to the stroke limitation 8 on the bottom of the outer part 2, as a result of which the functional part 3 lowers into the dispenser position (FIGS. 3 and 4). The return to the basic position (Figs. 1 and 2) is carried out by the return spring 9 formed on the functional part 3. In the basic position, the dimension between the base web 10 formed on the functional part 3 and the side web 11 belonging to the stationary outer part 2 is smaller than the diameter of a tablet 4, which locks the discharge opening. In the dispenser position, this distance increases and the lowest tablet can fall into the open air, while the distance between the side web 11 is due to the shift and the resilient side wall 12 the distance becomes smaller and the second tablet is held.

In the basic position of the tablet dispenser, the upper surface 13 of the side web 11 lies in one plane with the funnel-shaped wall of the collecting shaft 14, while this protrudes into the shaft 14 in the dispenser position. The upper surface of the standing side wall 16 belonging to the outer part 2 is in the basic position with the bottom 6 in the same plane, in the dispenser position the side wall 16 projects into the filling space.

Outer part 2 and functional part 3 can be preassembled, wherein the functional part 3 is prevented from falling out by the step 17 in the outer part 2. In the fully assembled state, the container part 1 engages in the step 17. The container part 1 is mounted flush in a step-shaped centering 18 of the functional part 3.
