A device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a spring arrangement (27) is associated with the pivot levers (20), which tends to transfer the pivot levers (20) out of the position for the release of the picked-up textile part (8a) or textile bag into the initial position for picking up the textile part or textile bag.
