Claims (7)

1. Automatische Maschine zum Füllen eines Kastens und zum Fördern und Schließen eines polygonalen Kastens mit Einführmitteln zum Einführen von Gegenständen in den Kasten, beispielsweise mit Hebemitteln (7,8) zum Einführen durch die offene Kastenbodenfläche, mit Transportmitteln (15-18) zum Transportieren des Kastens vom Maschineneingang zum Ausgang und mit Schließmitteln, welche einerseits automatisch die unterschiedlichen Kastenumschläge (3-6) gegen das Innere falten und andererseits während des Verklebens diese Kastenumschläge in der geschlossenen Position halten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transportmittel an jeder Seite eines Durchgangs des Kastens von wenigstens einem Gleitschuh (15) zur Mitnahme, welcher entlang der Länge des Durchganges angeordnet und transversal dazu bewegbar ist, und von zwei entgegengesetzten Gleitschuhen (15) zur Längsverschiebung gebildet sind, welche sich derart zusammenfalten können, daß sie sich entweder an einem bestimmten Standort gegenseitig wie eine Zange zur Mitnahme des Kastens und seines Inhaltes annähern oder sich zum freien Durchgang des Kastens auseinanderspreizen.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichent,
daß die Schließmittel insbesondere für die transversalen Kastenumschläge (5, 6) im vorderen Bereich des Kastens von Gleitbahnen (9, 10), welche beim Transport des Kastens zum Ausgang die vorderen Kastenumschläge nach hinten gefaltet halten, und von Zwischenmitteln (11-14) zwischen den Einführmitteln (7, 8) und den Gleitbahnen gebildet sind, wobei die Zwischenmittel die transversalen Kastenumschläge (5, 6), die hinteren gegen die vorderen, vor der Einführung zwischen die Gleitbahnen (9, 10) umfalten.
3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zwischenmittel (11-14) wenigstens von zwei vertikal verschiebbaren, an einen Motor (14) angeschlossenen Scheiben (11, 12) gebildet sind, welche zwischen einer Position im Niveau der Gleitbahnen (9, 10) und einer gegenüber den Gleitbahnen aufgespreizten Position derart bewegbar sind, daß der Durchtritt mit den hinteren transversalen Kastenumschlägen (5, 6) möglich ist, wobei die Kastenumschläge dann in vertikaler Position sind.
4. Maschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß diese Mittel aufweist, welche den Kasten aus einer Position (111) zum Falten der vorderen transversalen Kastenumschläge (5, 6) gegen die hinteren zwischen den Gleitbahnen (9, 10) in eine Position (IV) zurückbewegen, in welcher sich die Scheiben (11, 12) auf dem Niveau der Gleitbahnen (9,10) befinden, wobei die Rückbewegung des Kastens über eine vorbestimmte Entfernung den Umschlag der hinteren transversalen Kastenumschläge (5, 6) nach vorne bewirkt, wobei anschließend der Kasten mit den ins Innere umgefalteten vorderen und hinteren transversalen Kastenumschlägen (5, 6) wiederum zwischen die Gleitbahnen (9, 10) gefördert wird und anschließend die großen oberen (3) und unteren (4) seitlichen Kastenumschläge gleichermaßen mit geeigneten Rampen nach innen umgefaltet werden und anschließend geleimt wird.
5. Maschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die untere vertikal bewegbare Scheibe (12) mit einer festen Scheibe (13) verbunden ist, welche im Niveau der unteren Gleitbahn (10) angeordnet ist, wobei die Scheiben (12, 13) gegenüber der oberen verschiebbaren Scheibe (11) angeordnet sind.
6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß diese einen zusätzlichen Hebebock zum Umfalten des transversalen unteren vorderen Kastenumschlags (6) nach hinten vor Einführung zwischen die Gleitbahnen (9, 10) aufweist.
7. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß diese zwei Paare von aufeinanderfolgenden Gleitschuhen (15) aufweist, wobei das eine Paar zur Verminderung von Totzeiten die Stelle des vorangehenden Paares annimmt.
