Abstract

1. Device for distributing electrical energy which permits the arrangement on a common support of a plurality of means for electrical connection of the type having a profile of rectangular section in the interior of which are arranged conductive strips (106) adapted to be connected by contact plugs and above which are placed standard connecting elements (D), the said device comprising an assembly of four elements : a support (A) bearing the said conductive strips between pairs of longitudinal parallel ribs (101, 102), the said ribs (101, 102) having bosses (103, 104) at regular intervals defining cylindrical seats for the connection points ; an insulating bridge (B) covering the said support (A) ; an earth conductive strip (C) placed on the said bridge (B) ; an at least one standard connection base (D) ; this assembly of the said four elements (A, B, C, D) being fitted by sliding into the interior of the profiled section in which it is held by geometric closure, characterised in that each conductive strip (106) is placed flat and at the base of the channel defined by a pair of ribs (101, 102), and the hollow, cylindrical metal studs (105) which are fixed to the said conductive strips (106) and form the said connection points fit into the said cylindrical seats.
