Der Nachteil der bekannten Ausführung ist in einem hohen Fertigungsaufwand und damit in hohen Kosten zu sehen, ohne daß z.B. eine gewünschte Oberflächenstruktur der Chromschicht erreicht werden kann. Nach dem Sandstrahlen der Zylindermantelfläche werden beide Schichten auf galvanischem Wege aufgebracht, wobei der Zylinderdurchmesser und die Übergänge 2 am Zylinderkanal 3 so ausgeführt sind, daß nach Aufbringen der beiden Schichten der Zylinderkörper das Fertigmaß aufweist,ohne daß eine Nachbearbeitung erforderlich ist. Claims (1)

1. Druckwerkszylinder für Offset-Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einer verschleiß- und korrosionsbeständigen Mantelfläche, die galvanisch aufgebracht ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Druckwerkszylinders (1) und die Übergänge (2) am Zylinderkanal (3) entsprechend der aufzubringenden Beschichtung (4) kleiner ausgebildet sind, daß die.Mantelfläche (5) und die Übergänge (2) vor dem Beschichten sandgestrahlt sind mit einer Oberflächenrauhigkeit von 10 - 20 µm, daß eine Grundschicht aus Nickel (6) mit einer Härte von 180 - 220 HV aufgebracht wird und daß eine Chromschicht (7) auf die Nickelschicht (6) mit einer Härte von > 900 HV und einer mikrorissigen Oberfläche von > 400 Risse/cm aufgebracht wird, so daß ohne Nachbearbeitung der Zylinderdurchmesser das Fertigmaß aufweist.
