Description

The invention relates to a device for stacking flat objects provided with two positioning holes, preferably bags made of plastic film, consisting of a stacking section of endless, intermittently driven traction means running over deflecting wheels or rollers, the stacking pins arranged in pairs and attached to support plates, the stacking pins of which Distance from one another is changeable, are provided.

Such stacking devices are usually used in conjunction with so-called Wicketer trays, which are arranged behind a plastic bag or the like from a plastic tube or semi-tubular film welding cross-welding device and take over the plastic bags provided with positioning holes or the like with their radial arms and after rotation through about 180 ° needle onto the stacking pins for the purpose of stacking them, the traction means being moved intermittently by such a distance after forming a stack of a predetermined number of pieces that a new pair of stacking pins comes into its stacking position. Since bags of different formats with different spacing of the positioning holes are often to be stacked, there is a need to change the spacing of the stacking pins of each pair of stacking pins to adapt to different formats.

In a device of the type specified at the beginning of US Pat. No. 4,252,233, the traction means consist of an endless chain, the links of which are connected to the support plates for the stacking pin pairs. Each stacking pin is provided with a foot plate, which is provided for its guidance in the longitudinal direction on its underside with a flank projecting over the support plate and on its top with two pins which are guided in the longitudinal groove of a clamping rail which is supported on the foot plates and can be clamped to the support plate by screws. In order to be able to set the stacking pin pairs to the desired distance after loosening the clamping rail, positioning arms which are pivoted and adjustable to the desired distance are arranged to the side and above the stacking distance and position the tips of the stacking pins inserted in their free ends in their pivoted-out state that the clamping rails can be tightened after appropriate alignment of the stacking pins. Setting up the stacking pin pairs to a new distance is, however, a cumbersome and time-consuming process in the known device, since the individual stacking pin pairs first have to be loosened, their distance from one another using the positioning arms, and then tightened again before the next stacking pin pair has to be set can be moved into the area of the positioning arms.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device of the type specified in the introduction, in which the stacking pin pairs can be set up more easily and quickly to changed formats.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the traction means consist of two parallel belts or belts, alternately a belt or belt is connected to a support plate, each carrying only one stacking pin, and that the belts or belts in their position relative to one another can be set and locked in advance or lag. In the device according to the invention, in order to set a changed spacing of all pairs of stacking pins, it is only necessary to adjust the bands or belts relative to one another to the desired spacing of the pairs of stacking pins. With a single adjustment process, all pairs of stacking pins are set to the desired distance, so that quick and easy format variability is achieved.

The belts or straps running parallel and close to each other carry the aligned support plates, which cover both belts or belts, so that the belts or belts with the support plates alternately carried by them offer a uniform image. The stacking pins can be fastened anywhere on the support plates and are preferably located on their outer sides.

The belts expediently consist of toothed belts which are held in a form-fitting manner by the toothed wheels which form the deflection wheels, so that no slip which changes the spacing of the stacking pins can occur.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the toothed belts rotate over pairs of gears located at the beginning and end of the stacking section, each of which is arranged on a common shaft or axis, that the gears of one pair are freely rotatable relative to one another and the gears of the other pair in theirs Phases are mutually adjustable and lockable. To adjust the distance between the stacking pins of each pair of stacking pins, it is only necessary to change the phase position of the adjustable gears accordingly.

The phase pair, which can be adjusted in its phase position, expediently consists of a first gear wheel provided with a hub, on which the second gear wheel is mounted, this second gear wheel being provided on its side with at least one elongated hole which is concentric with the common axis of the gear wheels and through which one enters a Threaded hole in the side of the first gear grips the clamping screw. The clamp is required to set the desired phase position of the two gears screw just loosened and tightened again after adjustment.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the first gear is provided in connection with the hub with an annular shoulder, which overlaps an outer annular, axially projecting edge of the second gear at a radial distance, that the shoulder with an external toothing and Edge are provided with an internal toothing and that with these teeth meshes a pinion arranged in the annular space formed by the shoulder and the overlapping edge, which is connected to a shaft mounted in the first gear, which passes through it in an axial bore and ends with a is located on the outside of the first gear coupling piece for a wrench or the like. By rotating the pinion using a wrench or the like, the phase position of the gearwheels and thus the desired spacing of the stacking pins of each pair of stacking pins can therefore be set continuously. The shaft must be supported with sufficient friction in the first gear so that no undesired automatic adjustment can occur.

Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand weiterer Unteransprüche.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of further dependent claims.

The toothed belts 35, 36 run parallel to one another via the toothed wheels 15, 16 and 18, 20. The carrier 8 is provided on its upper side with a polished plate 37 on which the teeth of the straps 35, 36 slide in the upper run. Carrier plates 38 which are aligned with one another in the conveying direction are glued onto the belts 35, 36 in alternation. The support plate 38 shown above in FIG. 2 is glued to the left toothed belt 35, while the next support plate is glued to the right toothed belt 36.

A support plate 38 glued to the right toothed belt 36 can be seen in FIG. 2 in the lower strand.

Cover plates 39 are screwed onto the support plates 38, with which the stacking pins 5, 6 are connected.

Die auf die Tragplatten 38 aufgeschraubten Deckplatten 39 decken die Abwinkelungen 46 bzw. die Führungsleisten 42, 43 ab.The support plates 38, which have only a small width in the conveying direction so as not to hinder the circulation via the gear wheels, have shoulders on their lateral edges, into which screws are screwed onto the lateral guide plates 40, 41 in the region of the lower run and these towards the inside outstanding support strips 42, 43 grip. The support strips 42, 43 serve to support the belts 35, 36 in the lower run. The upper runs of the toothed belts 35, 36 are also guided laterally by guide plates 44, 45 which are connected to the carrier 8. The guide plate 44 is provided with an inward bend 46 which engages over the area formed by the step 47 of the support plate 38 and thereby prevents the support plates 38 from tilting under the load of the overhanging stack of bags. The cover plates 39 screwed onto the support plates 38 cover the bends 46 or the guide strips 42, 43.
