Description

The invention relates to a cable winch with three drums spaced apart and axially parallel to one another, each with a plurality of adjacent circumferential grooves as cable grooves for a traction cable which is alternately guided over the drums, with at least one drum being drivable.

In such winches (e.g. FR-A-1 519-591) for a continuous pulling rope, the pulling rope must be led around the drums several times so that the pulling rope has a sufficient frictional connection with the rope pulleys so that the necessary pulling forces from the winch the pull rope can be transferred. This means that the drums each have numerous adjacent circumferential grooves as rope grooves. As a result, the known winches have a very large design.

The object of the invention is to propose a cable winch of the type mentioned, which has high tensile forces with an extremely small design, the small design allows use on motor vehicles, for example on the front bumper.

This object is achieved in that the three drums are arranged to be drivable at the same distance from one another and in the same direction and in that the traction cable is passed alternately between the first and the second drum. looping the first drum, passed between the second and third drums, looping the second drum and passing between the third and first drums, looping the third drum to arrange the drums.

Through the use of three drums, an extremely high degree of wrap of the individual drums is achieved with the proposed traction cable guide, as a result of which a large frictional engagement and thus large tensile forces are achieved.

All three drums can advantageously be driven in the same direction. The three drums are preferably equidistant from one another.

In an advantageous embodiment, the drums can be driven via a common gear. The transmission advantageously has a drive shaft running transversely to the longitudinal direction of the drum axes, with three worms arranged at a distance from one another, in each of which a worm wheel connected to the drum axis of the associated drum engages. In a further advantageous embodiment, the transmission is designed as a planetary transmission which has a central central wheel connected to a drive and gear wheels connected to the drum axis of the associated drum. A deflection roller is advantageously arranged at the cable outlet of the cable winch.

In an advantageous embodiment, the traction rope which runs out is guided once all around the three drums in front of the rope outlet and is held in the rope grooves of the drums by a pressure band, pressure chain or the like which runs all the way around the drums. Advantageously, the rope grooves of the drums that run around the pulling rope over the drums lie in one plane.

An adjustable tensioning roller for the pressure belt, the pressure chain or the like is preferably arranged on the cable winch. The tensioning roller is preferably so effectively connected to a scanning roller arranged on the rope inlet that detects the tension of the incoming tension rope that the tension of the pressure belt, the pressure chain or the like is proportional to the tension of the incoming tension rope.

In an advantageous embodiment, the tensioning roller is arranged at one end of a lever which is rotatably held at its other end on the axis of the drum arranged at the cable inlet.

The scanning roller is preferably arranged at one end of an extension rod, the other end of which is connected via a transverse axis to the end of the lever carrying the tensioning roller.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, the pressure chain is designed as a double chain, one chain half of which is guided as a pressure chain via the traction rope running over the drums and the other chain half of which is guided via a chain wheel which is connected to a drum. The sprocket is advantageously connected to the drum via a freewheel in such a way that the sprocket is released against the pulling direction.

According to FIG. 1, a cable winch has three drums 1, 2 and 3 arranged at a distance and axially parallel to one another, each of which has a plurality of circumferential grooves which are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction and are designed as cable grooves 4 (FIG. 4).

The drums 1, 2 and 3 can be driven in the same direction, indicated by the arrows 5, via a gear 6 which, according to FIG. 3, is transverse to the longitudinal direction of the drum axes fende drive shaft 7 with three spaced screws 8, 9 and 10.

The worm 8 is in engagement with a worm wheel 11 which is connected to the drum axis of the associated drum 1, the worm 9 is in engagement with a worm wheel 12 which is connected to the drum axis of the associated drum 2 and the worm 10 is in engagement with a Worm wheel 13 in engagement, which is connected to the drum axis of the associated drum 3. The drive shaft 7 is rotated by a drive, not shown, so that all cable drums rotate in the same direction.

A central central wheel 37 is connected to a drive, not shown. Gear wheels 38, 39 and 40 connected to the drum axis of the assigned drums 1, 2, 3 are in engagement with the central wheel 37, so that all drums rotate in the same direction.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the incoming pull rope 14 is inserted into the winch at the rope inlet denoted by 15, namely between the drums 1 and 2, wraps around the drum 1, is then carried out between the drums 2 and 3, loops around the drum 2, is then carried out between the drums 3 and 1 and loops around the drum 3. Then the traction cable 14 passes between drums 1 and 2, loops around the drum 1 again, passes between the drums 2 and 3 and loops around the drum 2, then again passes between the drums 3 and 1 and wraps around the drum 3.

Now the traction cable 14 passes between the drums 1 and 2 and lies on the outer cable groove 4 of the drum 1 and is now guided all around the circumference of the drums 1, 3 and 2 and is deflected by a deflection roller 16 as an outgoing traction cable on the with 17 designated rope outlet from the winch. The outer cable grooves 4 of the drums 1, 2 and 3, which run the traction cable 14 all around all three drums, lie in one plane.

As further shown in FIG. 1, the circumferential section of the traction cable 14, i.e. H. the section of the traction cable, which is guided on the outside over the circumference of the drums 1, 3 and 2, is held in the outer cable grooves 4 of the drums by a double chain 18 which also runs all around these drums. One chain half of the double chain 18 is guided as a pressure chain 19 via the traction rope 14 rotating over the drums and the other chain half of the double chain is guided via a sprocket 20 which is connected to the drum 2 via a freewheel 21 such that the sprocket counteracts the direction of pull of the winch is released.

As further shown in FIGS. 2, and in particular 5 and 6, a lever 22 is rotatably arranged on the rope inlet 15 near the drum 3 on the drum axis of the drum 3, which lever carries a tension roller 23 guided on the double chain 18 at its other end . The tensioning roller 23 is rotatably seated on a transverse axis 24 fastened to the lever 22, which is fixedly connected to one end of an extension rod 25, which at its other end rotatably carries a scanning roller 26 which is guided on the traction cable 14.

Somit wird über die Abtastrolle 26, die Verlängerungsstange 25, die Querachse 24, die Spannrolle 23 und den Hebel 22 der Doppelkette 18 eine Spannung verliehen, die proportional der Spannung des Zugseiles 14 ist.5 and 6, the extension rod 25 is arranged at an angle to the lever 22 such that the tensioned pull cable 14 causes the extension rod 25 to pivot and thus cause the lever 22 to rotate, so that the tension of the double chain 18 is increased. Thus, a tension is imparted to the double chain 18 via the scanning roller 26, the extension rod 25, the transverse axis 24, the tension roller 23 and the lever 22, which tension is proportional to the tension of the traction cable 14.

The freewheel ensures that when the traction cable is lowered against the direction of pull when the traction cable is de-energized, the traction cable comes out of friction with the drums and is therefore not transported any further.
