Description

daß auf dem dem Wärmebehandlungsofen zugewandten Ende der Kettenstränge auf einer Länge, die etwa der Länge der Chargierroste entspricht, an den Achsen der Kettenglieder jeweils zwei nach oben weisende Kipphebel schwenkbar befestigt sind, an deren Ende Tragbalkensegmente angebracht sind,
und daß am dem Wärmebehandlungsofen abgewandten Ende der die Tragbalkensegmente tragenden Kettenglieder an den Kettensträngen unmittelbar hinter den letzten Kipphebeln jeweils ein Stützanschlag und auf dem letzten Tragbalkensegment jeweils eine Haltenocke befestigt sind.According to the invention, this object was achieved by

Die Kettenstränge (1) setzen sich aus den einzelnen Kettengliedern (2) zusammen, die beiderseits mit Laufrollen (9) versehen sind. An den Achsen (7) der Kettenglieder (2) sind schwenkbare Kipphebel (3) befestigt, welche Tragbalkensegmente (4) tragen. Die äußeren Tragbalkensegmente (4) sind jeweils mit einer Rolle (5) versehen, die beim Heben und Senken der Tragbalkensegmente (4) an feststehenden Flächen abrollen können. Beim Einfahren eines Chargierrostes in den Wärmebehandlungsofen (16) steht dieser auf dem Chargierwagen (15). Über das Kettenrad (8) wird der Kettenstrang (1) unter den Chargierrost geführt, wobei die Tragbalkensegmente (4) auf den Kettengliedern (2) aufliegen. Sowie der Stützanschlag (6) das Kettenrad (8) passiert hat und dieser Kettenstrangteil dadurch von einer vertikalen Lage in eine horizontale überführt wird, drückt der Stützanschlag (6) gegen die Kipphebel (3) und bewirkt somit ein Anheben der Tragbalkensegmente (4) und damit auch des Chargierrostes. Dieser wird in den Wärmebehandlungsofen (16) eingefahren und dort abgesetzt. Das geschieht mittels der Haltenocke (17), die in eine entsprechende Vorrichtung an der Ofentür einrastet und beim Zurückfahren des Kettenstranges (1) die Tragbalkensegmente (4) abkippt, sodaß sie wieder auf den Kettengliedern (2) aufliegen.When a charging grate is moved into the heat treatment furnace (16), it stands on the charging trolley (15).
