Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine in den zylindrischen Hohlraum eines Großwickels, wie einen Aluminium- oder Stahlbandwickel, einsetzbare nabenförmige Verformungssicherung in der Gestalt einer kreisförmigen Ronde, welche in ihrem Zentrum eine zylindrische Öffnung besitzt (US-A-4 015 711).The invention relates to a hub-shaped anti-deformation device which can be inserted into the cylindrical cavity of a large winding, such as an aluminum or steel band winding, in the form of a circular blank which has a cylindrical opening in its center (US Pat. Wenn eine solche bekannte Verformungssicherung so ausgestaltet werden sollte, daß sie für Großwickel aus Aluminium- oder Stahlbändern brauchbar wäre, dann müßten wesentlich stärkere Metallbleche verwendet werden, welche nicht mehr so einfach verformt werden können. Diese bekannte Verformungssicherung besteht aus einem Ring mit U-förmigem Querschnitt, bei dem zwischen den beiden Schenkeln des U eine Mehrzahl von Versteifungsstegen angeordnet ist. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verformungssicherung zu schaffen, welche selbst bei starker radialer Krafteinwirkung auf den Wickel eine solche Form behält, daß der Wickel noch abgearbeitet werden kann und welche trotzdem in dem zylindrischen Hohlraum des Wickels zurück bleibt. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4 enthalten, welche anhand der Figuren 1 bis 3 nachstehend näher erläutert ist. Es zeigen :
